Everyone here treats you like you should, the customer. Never had a problem and I coming here for years.

The staff and owner are all very very "Political", they share it loudly and proudly. The staff regularly make fun of the houseless population, loudly point out if someone is using snap or coins, if you complain to the manager they laugh. If you ask to speak to the owner they say he wouldn't care. It's obvious if you go through the reviews the workers there feel like they can act however they want. The male working regularly makes borderline racist comments, it is very uncomfortable if you aren't white and/or have all your teeth. read more

Normally when we come here we get a decent wash in a decent amount of time. Our last visit we pull up and there was only one car in front of us. They were open, doors were up, but now one was here. It was like the employees left without putting up a sign. We waited for over ten minutes (yes I actually timed it). Finally we just left, the car in front and behind us just left too. 2/11/2023 around 6:30pm-7pm I go inside to buy a beverage. There's two cashiers a male and a female working at the time. I don't know if this is a racist interaction so you be the judge. I go to the female cause the male cashier is already helping someone. I place both my drinks on the counter and she goes is that all. I reply "yes", as she's touching the screen she randomly blurts out "me love you long time" in like a high pitch wanna be Asian accent. The male cashier hears it and goes what!? I was looking down at the time and when I heard that I looked up and she's just smirking at me. To clarify yes I am an Asian American, I am just confused to why she blurted that out. Like what was the reason. Was she trying to mock me? I don't want to get you fired I just want to know why? It was so random and awkward. I was so caught off guard that I couldn't even ask why she did that and plus there was someone standing on my side making me feel very uncomfortable. No matter how patient you are to this staff because right now I know it's tough but I feel disrespected even though I told them I can wait for my order. I respectfully ask for an order of 8 pieces of chicken I told I can order some more food but she decided to take off her mask and walked away. NW corner of NE 99th St. and NE 6th Ave. Nothing innovating or exciting about this location.... other than it does stand out from most of the gas stations in Vancouver (not putting down the Couv I assure you) in that it truly is your one stop place for everything. This location not only has a large bay for everyone to get gas, but there is a car wash, coffee shop (attached to the car wash,) and a convenience store with many many items including that go juice that is so important in the morning. Their prices are pretty average... not high, but not low. On nice days especially after a rain expect long lines all daylight hours at their car wash. They also have air/water. This gas station is the closest one to my home. I stop here for energy drinks, snacks, etc... It's a Chevron so the gas is a little on the expensive side. There is usually some random deal going on for soda, beer, or hot food items. The selection isn't great, but it does the job. They have all the major brand items, but lack some of the ones we have to go to 7-11 for. The staff is always friendly and nice. There is a car wash that I've never used, but seems to be very popular. There's a coffee stand that is always busy as well. Overall, good Chevron location. read more

Nearly every time I go here for a car wash, the back of my car is still dirty afterwards! When I went in yesterday, I paid for the more expensive wash that says it includes a wheel wash. I specifically asked the attendant to make sure the back of the car and the wheels were clean - since I've had issues with this in the past. He said he would pay attention to it, but the wheels and back of the car were (once again) still dirty when I got home! I spent another 10 minutes cleaning these areas myself. I mentioned this to my husband and he said he had his truck washed there the day before and had the same thing happen to him. He also had to come home and clean part of his truck himself. We won't be wasting any more of our money here! read more

Let me preface this by saying I have regularly used all of the services available at this location and up until yesterday I would have given them a 5 star rating and now I won't even give them my business. Yesterday I decided to use the car wash again and half way through those huge rags come down on your car, and what should have been a loud thud sounded more like someone throwing gravel at my car. What resulted was a cracked windshield. The staff couldn't get a hold of the manager so they took my info and relayed it to him. Fast forward a day and I get called by the manager asking me to drive a car that I legally shouldn't be driving at this point, over so we can discuss how to move forward. I guess by "discuss how to move forward" what he meant to say was "drive over so I can be a complete and utter condescending prick while telling you that I will let the owners know so they can decide what to do." He nitpicked every little scrape on my 12 year old car never once taking the situation seriously. He smirked, chuckled, scoffed, and let out a plethora of snide remarks. The guy even said he'd halt the growing line of people waiting to get their cars washed, would let me inspect it, and guaranteed I wouldn't find anything. Well no shit! It's been 24 hours since and I know that after bringing this issue to your staff's attention they agreed there was no prior damage (they did handscrub the window prior) and deemed it necessary to shut it down to check it out real quick. Then take into account how inconsiderate of your other customers in line that is, or the fact that your little charade literally does NOTHING to fix my windshield that said machinery broke a day ago. Apparently this whole time that I was just asking him to tell me what they are going to do to rectify it, only to be met with his shitty customer service skills comprised of arrogant skepticism, I have to wait even longer for him to relay his opinion (great) to the owner who "at best might decide to pay half of it ONLY because you come here refularly". Oh yeah, we are going into a 3 day weekend too so fingers crossed I don't get a ticket I guess. Moral of the story: drive thru coffee? Good service. Gasoline? They definitely have it. Minute mart? Very good selection, decent prices, and very friendly staff. Car wash? I have had no problems for the last 6 years and the staff has always been friendly but if this is how they are going to handle this, I have no interest in supporting any of said services any longer and I would urge everyone else to do the same. Gas station, car wash, and drive through expresso. What more could you want? The restrooms are pretty clean, for minute mart restrooms. The pumps have screens that play news clips and advertisements that some may find annoying. But overall you can tell this is a very well kept station. read more
