I do not recommend using your Safeway rewards phone number to get money off gas here. I put in my phone number and had accumulated $.20 off per gallon went through the steps on the computer screen started pumping my gas. The gas pump stopped at $10.81 and would not pump any more gas I had plenty of money in my bank, and my tank was on empty hence why I stopped to get gas here. I went in and explained this all to the attendant working at the time. He simply said just do it again and re-put your card i. I tried to continue explaining I'm not going to get my $.20 off per gallon though now and it's done now and it's not fair because your gas pump screwed up and stopped pumping gas. Why would I waste my $.20 off per gallon for only $10 worth of gas ?? again he said there's nothing I can do and did not try and compensate me for any of my troubles or make anything better. Rude and incompetent service by Angela today. Reality stunning. I pulled into pump two after someone else left. Tried to enter my cc at the pump and it wouldn't take it. Went inside and told Angela the pump wouldn't take my card and I want 35&. Go back out and it only gives me 15. Go back in and tell Angela who eventually deduces that the guy who left paid and forget to pump. Okay. So I wait 15 mins while she's calls someone to try to sort it out. She tells me I have to pay her another $15 to pump the rest of my gas. What?! . I said I don't want 50$ in gas here today. She keeps taking to the person in the phone and then throws a $35 refund receipt at me. I asked her what am I supposed to do about the $15 I pumped? She said 'I don't know do you have cash or something?' I said no I didn't. She literally stood there glaring at me and said loudly enough that the rest of the folks in the growing line behind me could hear, 'YOUR the one who pumped HIS gas!' Wow. I went to go inside to get help, but the store was locked with nobody in it. I've been calling for 3 days and no answer. Looked at my credit card statement and I was billed for the car wash. On August 15(about 9:30am) I came over to use the vacuum cleaner. I parked my car in the designated area. I looked at the price $2.50 but it must be in quarters. I walked over to the convenience store to get quarters. A young man was behind the counter. I asked for change in quarters. The counter person did not bother to open the cash register to look. This just happened a few minutes ago. It was about 1020pm and I had a flat tire. And the chevron on main Street was the closest place I could thing of with an air machine. So I pulled in and I used the air hose but my tire would not fill. So I went in the store and purchased a can of popular tire repair foam for almost 14 dollars. I went back out to my car and used the can then used the air machine one more time since I was not getting much result from the can. I did this one more time with little result, but some. Then I went back to it with the can. This all took about 20 minutes. That's when the clerk came out and wanted to know what I was doing. I politely told him what was going on and how my tire was not holding air. He told me that since I have low pro tires I did not need air in then and the longer I sat there the more 'chewing' (yes CHEWING) of the tires would occure. He asked me where I lived.. About 4 +miles away and he told me I should just drive home with the flat tire I was surprised at his recommendation. He went on to explain that I had been there too long and the other clerk inside was about to call the police on me. I still can't believe it. So he went on to say that I was not understanding him but that I should go. So I drove off 14 dollars poorer, on a flat tire and a prayer. This is not acceptable. I will live thru it, but I am so glad it was Me here at 1045pm getting this treatment and not my 70 year old mother or my pregnant niece who had the bad luck of pulling into this startion for help. He was not upset at all by making me drive away in an unsafe vehical close to midnight in January. I don't know the guys name but he works the 10pm shift. Please whatever you do avoid this gas station at all cost. I can tell you it's a dangerously place with uncaring people who will take your money and send you off with a hard kick in the tail pipe. read more

I disagree with the previous reviewer. The clerks have always treated me with respect at this station. The bathroom is clean and they offer a pretty good wash after filling up! This owner is not put to get ur money like he said. He's a business owner providing a service and like it or not that's what it is. Worst place of business ever, go to a normal gas station. Chevron is sub-leasing these stations to some shady characters! I've been there many times before but never again. Stopped by get to gas & some bald middle east looking (I want to say) 'gentleman' with a moustache came out & started scolding me after cleaning the car windshield with the squeegee provided. I think his point was that I shouldn't dip the squeegee in more than once to the trough but why would anyone stop a customer and chastise them or even bother them about anything much less be a complete twit about it? Every other gas station I've ever been to my life come real decent people. It's just kind of Super odd and horrible for customer service at a respected Chevron franchise business to have some guy come out and approach the customers in such a weird way. I honestly have never seen anything like it. I was already done when I put the squeegee back in with leaving he put his hand on the squeegee as if to stop me in case I was going to continue then told me since they only change the water once a day that I shouldn't redip in the squeegee hahaha. I mean I kind of get his point but why would you ever bother a customer with that & scold him, correct him or whatever he was trying to do? This is a great place to get a car wash when you're in a hurry to get somewhere , but you're also in the mood to pay someone to wash your car, and immediately afterward use the towel they provide you to wash it yourself in the parking lot next door. The man working was so rude while I was getting my car wash I still had two minutes on the timer and he was standing next to my door waving me on telling me I had to go forward. I Explained that the front of the car was still wet. I still had 2 minutes left. So I rolled up my window and tried to ignore him, but he felt the need to take it even further and proceeded to tap on my window telling me to leave! I got irritated and told him I would never buy gas there again. I was still at one minute and 40 seconds At this time with only one truck behind me that could've entered the car wash while I was in the dryer! The car wash is bad....the car doesnt really get cleaned and the wheels don't get touched toward the center of the rim. It's just a bad design. Also the dryer relies completely on the driver to inch the car out to try to get it dryer. The dryer had a timer but if your not during the car wash in the afternoon you'll be blinded by the Sun and won't be able to tell how much time you have. I think it's a 60 second dryer but I couldn't tell because of the Sun. read more

Never had a problem with this gas station. I live blocks of this place and usually I come around a little before 12am on foot or with friends getting gas before we head out of town. Employees are friendly and always stocked with goods. PRICE WISE with gas is decent honestly and inside always clean. It's right next to a hotel and has a car wash. 24 hours so that's a plus. read more

Do not use their drive-thru car wash. Today we did & ended up with a flat on our new car. Had it towed to a close repair shop & counter person informed us that he's had to replace 3 valve stems broken by the car wash brushes. Additionally owner offered no assistance, just belligerence.
