Every member of the staff greeted me nicely and seemed to really like working there, no one was rude or miserable looking, that's always a plus! Lol I was assisted in the photo department by Laura who was fast, personable and went above & beyond. She was friendly and likable! :) Upon checking out I chatted with the manager who shared with me the different charities that Walgreens supports which was really cool. Major kudos to Walgreens in Gilroy and their kind employees! I'll be shopping there again for sure! :)

The first was when my Christmas cards were not delivered on time, and now this latest issue involved a same-day personalized 24th anniversary card. I was away for the weekend celebrating my anniversary, so I asked my daughter to pick up the card for me. She went in the same day, but staff told her there was a problem with their printer. They said they would call once it was resolved, but no one ever followed up. When we returned home Monday, my daughter had already gone to school. Since Walgreens never contacted us, she later stopped by again to pick up the card. Unfortunately, it still was not ready. This time, she was told I needed to select a different size. She relayed that message to me, but when I went online, there was no option available to choose a different size. As a result, I had to make a card myself on regular paper, which was far less special than what I had originally ordered. After 20 years of using Walgreens for printing services, it is disappointing to see such a decline in reliability and customer service.

Received children's medication that was incorrect and had to take them back to be corrected, came…read moreback for another medication that was not covered by my insurance and told oh well, you will have to pay out of pocket. When my child's physician requested a list of medications covered by insurance, the pharmacy said they would message back the doctor and never sent the message. I had to wait 2 days for prescription to be filled, got a call that it was ready and came back to pick it up and was told they were out of the medication and that it would be ordered and available the next day. Many problems here, and glad this isn't a life saving medication or we would be in a serious problem. Please get your protocols in place and make customer service a higher priority. After this experience I will use another location in the future.

However I have a suggestion - because the cost of the tri tip is misleading and I paid almost $20 for marinade!: Try to bulk marinade your tri tip and then sell it at its real price -- OR be more transparent about the actual size and cost of the tri tip. Today I bought a tri tip -- @ $15/lb. I thought I was getting a 3.5 pound tri tip @ $51.50. However, when I weighed it at home, the tri tip it was only 2.3 pounds. The marinade was 18 ounces!... so paid approximately $17 - a third of my cost - for something I couldn't use. The TRUE cost of the tri tip was approx. $25 a pound. So I paid almost $20 for marinade which you can't really use... I have never had this issue before -- with such a copious amount of liquid.

This station routinely has several credit card terminals offline. And no sign on it. So you park, pop the gas cap, insert the pump, and swipe your card before finding out that it's STILL broke. And a line at the cashier from all the other pumps that are not taking credit cards either. If you don't mind spending 20 minutes for a 5 minute task, by all means this station will waste your extra time.

After fueling we proceeded to go inside and the doors were locked. The employee saw us and two vehicles outside waiting. He continues to blow trash and dust off the property. After 11mins of standing outside the door waiting for the employee be finally walks towards us. Not to open the door but to grab the broom. When asked if they were open he says no and states they are closed 2-4am. We advised the employee that it was 4:11am. He says no to us and walks away. As we pull out of the business the employee walks to the door and unlocks the business. This employee was extremely unprofessional and turned down business to customers waiting patiently.
