Always quick to raise prices slow to lower prices, prices are usually highest is the area?

I came here occassionally to use the car wash. The vacuum often broke and last time, the staff gave me two coupons to use for the vacuum next time. I came today, tried to yse the vacuum, i scanned the barcode, the timer started but the machine was not on. I tried with both coupons and i went inside and the lady inside saying that i can reuse the coupon next time. I went out and rescanned the coupons and it gave me invalid barcode. I asked to give me another two coupons and i gave her these two that was already scanned and she was like "how do i know you havent use these?" Geez louise. I told her to go outside and checked the two vacuums that i scanned, the timer still on pause since i pressed the "help" buttons with noone came out to help. And she finally exchanged the coupons. Sonia is one of the worst people I've ever had the displeasure of having to interact with. Why work somewhere you don't even want to be? I know it's insignificant the money I've spent there but she's the reason I'll never go back and spend more. She got mad because I went there to cash a lotto ticket, tried to pay for my gas at the pump but it wasn't working so I had to go back in. She got mad I "made her walk back to the machine". As she put it I was rude for making her walk back when she has other things to do. What is the deal with these gas stations who want to charge you for ice?? At least the other place (the competitor) charged me half. But this is another day, another transaction, another situation. There is something strange about this gas station. I tried to pay at the gas pump and while I did not receive any gas due to an error, I was charged $200 to my card. When I asked the cashier, he refused to give me a receipt. Then, there were 3 of us having the same issue and he told us to leave to another pump. Strange. read more

I filled up the other day and when i checked my credit card the statement showed $126 charge from this location for a $37 fill up...wth is going on! Came in this morning to get coffee. There was a young male clerk sitting behind the register in a chair on his phone, smiling and giggling. The coffee dispenser was empty. Seems to me keeping the coffee filled and ready for the morning rush would take priority over sitting and using a phone. Ugh. 7-11 across the street always has coffee when I go in. I'm sorry to see that this station has low reviews. I came here this Saturday morning at 6:45am to pump gas and use the restroom and had a good experience. Station and restrooms were kept clean the elderly gentleman behind the counter was extremely courteous and helpful. read more

I only go here because if you pay cash, it's like 10 or 20 cents off. And it's Chevron. Isn't Chevron one of the cleaner kinds of gas you can stuff in your car? It's cheap gas considering it's Chevron (if you pay cash and/or have a Vons rewards card). The two male cashiers are friendly. read more

First I wanted a car wash, so I came here and I said I want the cheapest wash they offer and the guy gave me one that was $18 and when I walked into the gas to pay, I saw one for $16 and the cashier said that is the cheapest. I told her I wanted that one and she said I had to go outside and tell the guy to change it. When I walked out to tell him, he looked at me like he didn't know what I was talking about. Then, I was trying to buy a dollar scratcher and I asked for one that was displayed n the lady said we don't have that one so I ask for the other dollar one and she said we don't have that one, so I asked if she had any dollar ones and she said "for the 3rd time, we don't have any..." Car wash service was horrible. I paid $17.99 for a crappy job. They didn't vacuum the rugs it looked they they passed them real quick and left a lot behind. The inside of my cup holders were still as I left them with dust and other paper crumbles. The job was done in a hurry and not satisfied with the outcome. read more

It's a gas station. I used the #2 pump and while I secured the hose into my gas tank and locked the handle to distribute the gas, it unlocked on its own, unlatched from my gas tank, and the nozzle/hose fell on the ground spilling gasoline... TWICE. I learned after the second time to stand there and hold it secure. read more

We always come here after hours (12am+) and the man that is on duty is amazing. But the lady that's on duty around 10pm is a total bitch. I believe her name is Dede. Either she enjoys being rude to costumers or just pain out hates her job which I'm sure is both. Paid 21.99 for a car wash with a fill up. Was told the code won't expire. Went today to get my wash and the attendant told me it's only good for same day. Do there goes $21 down the drain. I would recommend driving down sunset and going to Carloops car wash. It's cheaper and they do a professional job. They will also honor anything they say. read more

Yeah, the whole concept of "extra mile" is better customer service - High Prices - but service. I'm OK with that - but this place will not let anyone use the restrooms at night. A weary traveler paying $3.19 a gallon for gas (when $2.69 is the norm) and denied the restroom. Shame. read more

My second time here and disappointed both times. The car wash prices are falsely advertised. There is always some additional fee you weren't told about until you get to the register. They are understaffed everytime. My car sat for 40 minutes at the vacuum area before they even ran it through. It sat at the end of the wash for about 10 minutes letting water spots dry onto it in the sun before anyway came to start drying it off. Don't bother complaining because the cashier lady is rude and not helpful and doesn't care about returning customers. Last time coming here! read more

This place offers a full service car wash and they sold me on a full detail on my wife's BMW Z4 when we picked it up the top would not close they tore the inside linere and the dashboard was dipping with armor all when I confronted them with the issues all they had to say is they don't know what happend it was already like that when I ask to speak with the manager or owner the refused to call him or give me his name DO NOT GO HERE!!! read more

I paid for a platinum car wash which included the rainbow wax,sealer wax and polish wax. It's very hard to see in where they wash your car but I was able to see that I didn't get any of that stuff I paid for. They apologized and took it thru again.
