I came in because I heard they started carrying matcha but this location does not. It's small but has the regular gas station types of foods. I came in the afternoon and the coffee station looked clean but the side area was sticky and not well maintained. There were a few kids there getting instant noodles. So it's nice that they have hot water available for them. One worker guy came out to look around while I was in there but did not help me and there was no one at the register so it's definitely a grab what you want and I'll ring you up when you're ready. The person working here at 3:17 AM this Monday 2/19/24 morning decided they are "closed for 15 minutes" because he was mopping. On Yelp, online, and Google there is nothing saying that 7 eleven changes their store hours for mopping. There were a bunch of cops in the entrance of 7 eleven not only on one of the parking entrances but also when you walk into 7 eleven talking to some old homeless lady it seemed? However the other parking entrance was easy to go in and out of and there was a lot of parking spots to choose from. The cops didn't bother us nor say the 7 eleven was closed for that homeless lady's conversation either. So it just was a lame excuse for the 7 eleven employee to speak to us with so much hostility, to a willing to pay customer. He said "We are closed for more than 15 minutes for mopping" that was a very unprofessional excuse to close a store. There were wet floor signs, so I don't see the issue. Normally, workers would ask customers to go around and watch their step. But sure ok Mr. 3 AM employee of 7 eleven you can power trip and say you are closed on any whim and in this case mopping. Sucks. 7-11 date today and plenty of promotions everywhere for free small slurpees the whole day. They still had the promotion cups, and I had the coupon on the app, they just didn't want to honor it and posted about three signs like these in the store. So many kids going and leaving right away since the employees decided to post these signs. Not sure why this store decided not to honor the promotion for the one day this corporation decides to give back due to this celebration. Extremely disappointed. The most convenient 7-Eleven to my house. Literally one stoplight down. Need to satisfy a quick craving for something I don't have at home? A candy bar? A soda? I'm there! The most exciting thing for me is the 79 cent soda refill, which used to be 99 cents! I'm trying to reduce my soda intake, but this makes it hard. I try not to buy cans or bottles for home, but when you gotta feed a craving, you gotta go. Then I'd run to the 24-hour fitness across the street to balance things out. Well, it's your typical 7-eleven. The shopping center is a little small, and businesses there do well. So the small parking lot tends to be a hassle. I don't like parking out on the street. And it's a little difficult to park on the street there too. Once side I think you need a resident permit and the other side is already full of cars. But the service/people are great there. Rude customer service! I've been here 3-4 times to get money orders for my rent and I came in tonight and one of the cashiers counted my money and was going to continue to giving me the money orders, and the other cashier interrupts and takes my ID to the back for who knows what. He comes back and tells me that they can't give me money orders with 0 explanation, then I complain and tell him I come here every month. I was trying to get a money order for $2,000 and he changed his mind and said I could only get a money order for $1,500 max. So I asked if my brother could use his ID for the other $500, which he said yes to at first. He goes into the back again and comes back and tells me that his manager said that they couldn't give me any money orders. When I asked to speak to the manager he refused. Horrible service and a waste of time. Next time just say no from the beginning instead of wasting my time. Absolutely no reason for them to refuse service to me. read more

I come to this 7-Eleven about 3 times a week. This store is usually very well kept, friendly staff and they are willing to tell you about specials they have. For being a busy convenience store I give this place credit for staying clean and having positive attitudes. They usually don't run out of things and if they do they have a sense of urgency and replace it quickly (iced mocha runs out in the mornings). I use their rewards program and it's nice when I get my free coffee or candy just by being a customer. read more

Went in to get a regular refill on my coffee like I do everyday of my life at my local 7-11. Today I decided to try a different 7-11 since I was heading a different direction. I walk in, no one greets me, I get my coffee and go to the cashier who argues with me about my coffee cup not being meant for coffee when I had purchased it from 7-11 from the coffee section and have refilled it numerous times, then he proceeds to complain because I used too much creamer, then sends me off angrily after scanning my app and having a free coffee.
