I forgot his name, but the concierge at the front desk was very nice and so accommodating both over the phone and when we met him in person when we were checking in. The place also has a really cool gem, which is a little bit of a walk down the way, but it is free for resort guests. I included a video of the gym, which is pretty legit and really cool. We ate at the restaurant where we were seated outside and the service was OK. Our server was very nice and understandably. It was very busy. However, the food was very good and worth the price.. not too expensive either. Would definitely stay here again.

The king bed was one of the most comfortable hotel beds I've slept in, and we loved having a balcony overlooking the lake, golf course, and mountains. The room had plenty of storage, a nice workspace, and a large jetted soaking tub. The resort itself is beautiful, well-maintained, and pet friendly, which was a huge plus since we travel with our dog. One thing to know before you arrive: the guest rooms are not located in the main lobby building. We didn't realize this and brought all of our luggage inside to check in before noticing the sign. Fortunately, our building was right next door, and the employee who checked us in kindly offered to help carry our luggage since there are no elevators. That level of customer service was much appreciated. A couple of things kept this from being a 5-star stay. The shower is inside the oversized soaking tub, so you have to climb in and out every time you shower. It wasn't the most practical setup, especially for anyone with mobility concerns. The air conditioner was also fairly loud when it kicked on, although it kept the room nice and cool. There was plenty of convenient parking near our building, but I was disappointed that self-parking is an additional charge. Overall, this is a beautiful resort with comfortable rooms, stunning views, and friendly staff. If you don't mind the extra parking fee and the tub/shower setup, it's a great place to stay while visiting Colorado Springs.

It was filthy, filled with sand, freezing cold, and same for the kiddy pool so the kids couldn't go in. Bad service & lack of communication as always. There was goose shit everywhere, it stinks, the beach hasn't been rake, no new sand, no towels or anyone at the front dest, so we had to grab towels from behind the counter. The service here has always been bad, facilities always nasty, but we really thought they'd put everyones dues to good use, NO. On top of it, the hotel pool was closed after we were told it was open and made the trip over there to find out. This place is crap, always has been but was conveniently close to where we lived. Don't waste your time or money here.

I have shopped at All American Sports for years, as both my kiddos are in sports. I also try to…read moresupport them since they are a small business and sponsor Colorado Springs Little League. However, after this last interaction, I will not be returning. I bought a pair of baseball pants for my son and they did not fit. I brought them back within the allotted time frame and was told they would not take the pants back because the receipt showed "unhemmed pants" but according to the worker, "these are clearly hemmed". The UPC code was the same for the pants on the receipt and on the tag on the pants. The worker (perhaps the owner) accused them of being "game worn". I told him that they did not fit my son, so he could not have worn them to a game. Also, I am not sure that I have seen white pants that are still stark white look stark white after a game. I showed him the tag on the pants showing they came from All American Sports. He still refused to exchange them. It really is a shame when the smaller companies do not support their customers, and customers are forced to go elsewhere. Very dissappointed and will share this experience with other parents within the league.

This is a trying time. People are on edge. Anxious. And that's what Colo G&T gets . . . some huge appreciation and the highest rating possible. So what did they do to deserve this kind of recognition? Here's the story: We've got a place that requires a bunch of work on the land--like maintaining ditches, moving slash, hauling stuff here and there on pathways too narrow for a pick-up. And to do that we've got an old gas-powered golf cart that's seen it's better days. Was driving it last weekend and got a flat. Not so unusual a thing but what made it a problem is that the tire couldn't be patched and wouldn't hold any pressure. So I had to get it replaced. And since there weren't any such tires in the small town we're near I knew just who to call (since they'd replaced the solenoid in this cart just a couple of months ago). Colo G&T. They're down in south Denver / Centennial and my honey happened to be in Denver at the time and was coming up to our place the following day. I asked her to stop off and pick up a new tire and while she was at it also to get a spare rim and an extra tire in case that same problem I'd experienced happened again. So she went down to Colo G&T to pick up all this stuff. Her description of how Rudy the parts mgr took care of her and treated her so nicely was just great to hear. Its wonderful when people in business are nice to you. I certainly appreciate it. But when they're caring and helpful to those I love then my joy knows no end. What a great person they've got running their service / parts area (Rudy). And what a wonderful image he's creating for this business. Bottom line: You totally rock Colorado Golf and Turf. Thank you for your help and in getting us back up to work in no time.

Saying we're good for our appointment and then while we were sitting there, they're up front BS'ing with their buddies and not even being on time. I talked to the group of people sitting in their elevated platform office, asking for some help closing a DONE DEAL and they asked if I would give them a shot at earning my financing to "save me some money" I said OK but let's make it quick. We sat there for another hour and a half and I was finished. I told them I wanted my down payment back and I walked away from the deal. I have never wanted to express my anger more and been held back by my wife. They asked for consideration and they spit in my face. They deserve NONE of your business!! Spend your money somewhere else!! (One last thing, the trailer they were going to sell me had an undisclosed crack in the front windshield. That's a $2000 repair that would've been mine if my wife didn't see it before we walked out.) NEVER CAMPING WORLD AGAIN!!!! Not even if my life depends on it. I'd welcome the dirt nap!
