This course has a nice little setup. In my opinion the cart pricing is a bit high being charged per person at $8 each. However the guys in the shop were nice and helpful. The practice area is great with a large putting green and a nice chipping area with a sand pit attached for practice. Overall great course!

Wouldn't recommend. 57 bucks for shitty greens and people riding our group the whole time.

This place is a gem. Ok, tee boxes need some help. Fine, not crazy challenging (except for the…read morewhole golf is always hard thing). So what that there's not like a mini Garden of the Gods in the middle of the course. It's not trying to be any of that, and that's great. This is a course where my kid and I can go play 9 holes on a fun par 3 course on a Saturday without needing to book a reservation two weeks in advance. This is a course where the staff are exceptionally friendly and the restaurant has, and I'm not speaking in hyperbole, some of the VERY best prices in town for grub. Worth a look, especially if you want to just hone your short game on the par 3. $12 on a weekend.

To start with the good stuff the view of pikes peak was beautiful and the course verity was amazing! Moving on to the bad moments..... the Course Marshall on 5/27/25 made me feel extremely unhappy with my experience. We were pinched in between to different groups and the group behind us was a group of 4 playing in two groups themselves, we were then approached by the Course Marshall who then told us we need to speed up our game as the group behind us waiting for to long. Unfortunately we could not speed up our pace of game due to the fact that the group in front of us a little on the slower slide. I will not be returning to this course due to the fact I felt unwelcome.

We really enjoyed our stay at Cheyenne Mountain Resort and would definitely stay here again…read more The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The king bed was one of the most comfortable hotel beds I've slept in, and we loved having a balcony overlooking the lake, golf course, and mountains. The room had plenty of storage, a nice workspace, and a large jetted soaking tub. The resort itself is beautiful, well-maintained, and pet friendly, which was a huge plus since we travel with our dog. One thing to know before you arrive: the guest rooms are not located in the main lobby building. We didn't realize this and brought all of our luggage inside to check in before noticing the sign. Fortunately, our building was right next door, and the employee who checked us in kindly offered to help carry our luggage since there are no elevators. That level of customer service was much appreciated. A couple of things kept this from being a 5-star stay. The shower is inside the oversized soaking tub, so you have to climb in and out every time you shower. It wasn't the most practical setup, especially for anyone with mobility concerns. The air conditioner was also fairly loud when it kicked on, although it kept the room nice and cool. There was plenty of convenient parking near our building, but I was disappointed that self-parking is an additional charge. Overall, this is a beautiful resort with comfortable rooms, stunning views, and friendly staff. If you don't mind the extra parking fee and the tub/shower setup, it's a great place to stay while visiting Colorado Springs.

My family of 3 just stayed at Cheyenne Mountain Resort this past weekend. First off, I thought its…read morequite insane that they charge $30 for overnight parking/night. Secondly, the check in process was not the best. We arrived at 3:15pm and asked if our room was ready by any chance. They said no it's not ready but they got our number so that they could text us when it was ready. I don't think they will let you check in early even if its 45 minutes early even if the room is ready. Not only that, we stayed at Cripple Creek and there are no elevators. We had no idea there were no elevators. The front desk clearly saw that we had a stroller and a baby and they did not ask if we needed help with our luggage. My husband lugged up all our stuff up 3 flights of stairs to get to our room. I called Front desk to ask if there's any rooms in the main building (apparently, they have an elevator there) and they flat out told us that they were completely booked and were of no help. The room itself was fine, it was not worth the $$ paid. They really need to make renovations to this hotel for the price they're charging per night. It's not a "resort" by any means and definitely not worth the resort fee. The drinks at Elevations bar were not bad, but heavily overpriced. I'm sure the breakfast buffet was also overpriced for what you get. Overall, I would not stay here again.
