We paid to feed the bison, not realizing they would give you food for free on the train ride. That was a bit frustrating, but you can add the food they pass around to your bag so you have plenty to give to the bison. Our kids had a fantastic time and it was a lot of fun feeding the bison on the train. I think this is a great activity to do in the area with kids and it was definitely a highlight in our trip. The Terry Bison Ranch is the only place I have ever heard about where you can hand feed Bison. They also have other things to do here. We got here an hour and a half before our train departed and we have plenty to do. They have lots of animals on this ranch from full grown ostriches and baby ones, a long horn cow, plenty of chickens, baby bison that you can pet, lots of horses, goats, and much more. On the ride over to feed the bison, they had a train robbery reenactment which was fun. The whole train ride takes about an hour to make sure to use the restrooms before getting on. It's a great place to bring kids. Prices were reasonable. $20 per adult $10 for kids to ride the train and $10 for bison feed which is a must. They give you a decent amount of food in the bag. No reservations needed you can buy tickets at the general store. There they have plenty of souvenirs to buy and can answer any questions you may have. An easy day trip from Denver. If you are on a roadtrip I'd recommend stopping here if you are heading to Wyoming from Colorado or vice versa.

I came to help for the first time and I can't say enough nice things about this campground. The bathrooms are the cleanest I've ever seen, they have multiple private locking rooms with showers and toilets and due to the fact I didn't plan ahead I got a spot on the side right by the street (which I believe is a busy one) and I still didn't hear a single noise. They also have laundry on site in the building with the multiple private bathrooms/shower rooms which requires a keycard to gain access so that's great extra security! I would come in at 10pm and felt like I was making the most noise because the campground is that quiet. I HIGHLY recommend this place and when I bring my wife back to see Cheyenne I'm staying no other place! I'm guessing it's a family ran campground because the daughter recognized my friend who booked it at the Frontier Days and checked in on us and asked how everything was going! Great experience! Would give more stars if possible!

The employees were wonderful & extremely helpful, and the park was very clean and well maintained, including extremely clean bathrooms. The park has a lot to offer--a nice clean swimming pool, cute putt-putt golf, a small play area for kids and a convenient shuttle to the Frontier Days Rodeo. I feel like this is the absolute most honest response about this place. To top it off, I would swear that I reserved a pull through with a full hook up which is not what we got. I would look at my reservation but the email only confirms you have one, not what you specifically reserved. You are packed in here tighter than sardines. I mean it's absolutely awful. It's dry. It's dusty. The grass is brown unless you're lucky enough to get a pull through. If you don't believe me, look at the pictures. And no, it doesn't look like the other rv parks are any different. The playground was a tetanus shot waiting to happen. The dog area is about the size of a 5th wheel and the office tells you that is the only place dogs can go to the bathroom. I tried but I couldn't force my dogs from holding it until we got there. They don't enforce quiet hours. They don't have a store even though the sign says otherwise. I don't have an explanation for why there were tents in the mini golf course either. So by now I bet you're wondering why I gave it 2 stars. Welp, that's because the guy who backed trailers in knew what he was doing, the pool area was clean, and the showers were nice. There wasn't a ton of water pressure but they looked like the only thing here that had any effort put into it. Even the women's bathroom was usually out of toilet paper. They also offer a shuttle to frontier days and for the concerts at night. But it's more expensive than the one off 25 and less convenient. I also can't guarantee it will actually start when needed as we heard this morning. But at least they have one.

Following our picnic, we headed over to the welcome center and enjoyed the elevated views from an almost bird's eye vantage point. We also took the time to follow the upper and lower decks around the building perimeter to view all of the informational displays. We could even seen the wind turbine field at the horizon's edge from this spot, which we believed to be quite far away. Researched this when I returned home and it supposedly was about 30 miles away, which speaks to the clear air and the elevated views.

We enjoyed several aspects of our stay at RJourney RV Resort campground this weekend. We were…read morethrilled to get a last minute reservation and received a good discounted rate. The sites were nicely level, with a huge lot available nearby to walk our dogs. These features made our stay comfortable and convenient. However, there were several maintenance issues that need attention. There were no dumpsters located close to our site, which made trash disposal inconvenient. The roads leading into the campground have multiple large potholes, and they seem to get worse each time we visit this area. These potholes can be challenging to navigate, especially for larger RVs. The most concerning issue was that the sewer connection at our site, D-04, was backed up and unusable. We discovered this on the morning of our departure. We called the office to report this issue and got an answering machine stating the office was closed on Sunday, then called the National RJourney office and spoke to someone who said he would send someone to help. No one showed up, so we called the general manager and left a message. He texted back and basically told us to close up our sewer and dump at the campground sewage dump or an empty site nearby. We never actually met with any personnel in person. However, our neighbors told us that previous guests assigned to this same site had experienced and reported the same problem, yet the site is still being assigned without the issue being resolved. This was very frustrating and created an unnecessary inconvenience during our stay. Overall, the campground offers excellent value with level sites, a fair dog-walking area, and attractive discounts. However, the road conditions and unresolved sewer problems significantly impacted our experience. If management addresses these maintenance concerns, this could be an outstanding place to stay. But in no way should the word, "Resort", be associated with this campground with current issues, and being closed on Sundays, in my opinion!

On top of that, he showed me why the dryer was saying it was 80% or more blocked at the vent by blowing out the entirety of the vent. We literally had just moved into the house and had NO idea how much lint was trapped/built up in the vent. Showed me a trick for doing that same thing myself in three months. And the price? MORE than fair! Don't compare appliance repair companies......hire Elite Appliance Repair. You will NOT be disappointed and you'll be happy you did.
