    Banana cake and coffee.
    Laura P.

You'll find this little bakery/ice cream/coffee shop just off the lobby of the Fountainbleau Hotel. They are always busy, super efficient moving the customers in and out in no time, and there's a nice variety of bakery items, beautiful fresh fruit, and coffee. Our fresh baked Ham Croissant was yummy. The shared little Banana Cake was so creatively decorated and was equally enjoyed.

[[HIGHLIGHT]]Clean, crisp, beautiful, nice employees.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Cant say enough great things about this cafe!![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]The fountainbleu is obviously a beautiful hotel, and this cafe fits in perfect.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] It is stocked with bottled drinks and snacks, fresh pastries, and delicious coffee! I came here for an iced latte. The small size was huge and delicious quality coffee. I will be stopping here every time im at fountainbleu.

The French name sounds sexy Mon Dieu! "CHEZ BON BON" ZUL ALORS I can use a stronger French word to describe my disappointment but might get slapped down. Let's just say this was so overrated. It absolutely has nothing to do w French delicious famous patisserie! I ordered a slice of cheese cake n was shocked it was not a cake not even a mousse but a runny baby food, I don't eat baby food so I ate the fruits n ditched the rest, a waste of $16.30, it took 10sec to put it in a bag why did the charge $3.30 for tips n fees? This morning I had coffee n a donut, the donut tasted like cardboard so I didn't get fat but the coffee was so so, it came to almost $20. I was going to try gelato but it was not open till noon maybe I just fuhgeddaboutit if the cake was baby food, donut was cardboard, another cake would probably taste like saw dust n gelato taste like miore baby food? People who rated this French shop most probably have not been in France, I lived there. In any case it's serious price gouging here. Sorry only 2 stars.

Ok the prices on some items may hover you a bit of shock but overall this is an amazing little eatery. They make stuff fresh daily and for you while you wait. I enjoyed breakfast sandwiches, gelato, cookies, cakes and Dubai chocolate that was so freaking good. The service was always unmatched! Everyone from Kamal to Jes? we're great. [[HIGHLIGHT]]It's small so you really can't eat in so plan to grab your food, drinks and treats to go.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The gelato was so dang on good I just wanted to put my face in it, like a big back. Seriously so good. [[HIGHLIGHT]]They have a quiet atmosphere and high is nice.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] They also sell whole cakes that look delicious and were not exorbitant in price actually. The cookies are so good too. Just go! You'll enjoy.

[[HIGHLIGHT]]Very cute little shop in the hotel- snacks, patties, wraps, salads, coffees and snacks![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] A tad pricy but everything has been delicious! I had the Baja chicken wrap that came with a delicious green sauce on the side and the coffees have been incredible so far! The service is of course on par for the Fontainebleau, respectful, quick and kind.

Made a reservation for ~6pm on a weekday night that ended up being unneeded since most of the tables were unoccupied. [[HIGHLIGHT]]There are many tables both inside and outside.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] FYI: happy hour is only on select days from 4pm-7pm at the bar. Our server, Roger, is very friendly and helpful with recommending dishes. We started off with a pulpito herradura, which contained perfectly cooked octopus with flavorful potato and corns. We then enjoyed risotto y lomo saltado and pesca y mariscales al ajillo. Each dish highlighted the unique Peruvian cuisine, overall highly recommend. 4 stars though since all dishes were too salty for my partner and me and we both have difficulty finishing them despite multiple water refills.

This is a cute bakery located inside Fontainebleau Resort and a good spot for having morning/mid-day coffee and breakfast sandwiches or enjoying their delicious pastries, croissants and ice cream, or buy cales for special occasions. If you're a chocolate lover, go with Date and Milk Chocolate; it has a rich flavor and is soooo good. The staff are nice and friendly and they'll help you choose the best option.

While staying at the Fontainebleau, I came here EVERY single day, multiple times on certain days. It is a great place to get your caffeine kick, sugar fix, and small bites. The place can get very busy. They give such excellent service and take time with each customer so it can be a bit of a wait. If you have them heat up your food, that can also take some time. I wish they would deliver poolside!!! The place itself is cute and just right. There are options for everyone. The iced Lattes with all their various flavors were on point. It's good espresso. Their normal serving is a little too sweet for me so I asked for less pumps. The $9 croissant is huge!! When toasted, it is heavenly. Buttery, flaky, and soft inside just like it should be. The frittata, caprese, and chicken sandwiches were great. Chicken Caesar salad was good and had lots of chicken. Key lime pie was good. Gelato flavors and quality are excellent! I got the chocolates as gifts and they were well received. I was hooked on this place and they were worth the expensive prices...but it's Miami!! What do you expect?? I was lucky to have this place in the hotel. Super good and convenient. Must go!

The Fontainebleau Hotel in Miami Beach has pretty much everything a Visitor / Guest would want in a lodging away from home: Good Food Great Ambiance Fantastic Staff Fun & Recreation And close Proximity to all things "Miami Beach But, the food part really "hooked" me. Prime 54 Steakhouse was one of the best steakhouses I've ever eaten at and Chez Bon Bon pastry / coffee shop / ice creamery was this delightful, savory sweet shop that would and could rival a Paris France patisserie. Everything they had on display looked scrumptious! We opted for the: * Chocolate Croissant that was every bit as good as it looked * Almond Croissant that was terrific with our morning coffee the following day * We bought some cookies and tarts as gifts for our "Gang" back home We have been invited back to Miami for any New Years celebration we choose in the future. I believe it will be this current year (2024) and we will duplicate our visit to The Fountainbleau Hotel.

The desserts at Chez Bon Bon are a must try. They are so delicious that I went back everyday during my 4 day stay at the Fontainebleau Hotel in Miami. The mixed Berry cheesecake is my favorite but the strawberry tart, vanilla bean cake, carrot cake and mango sorbet are all close seconds. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The cafe is nice and clean with seats inside for eating in.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The service is amazing! The staff are so attentive and helpful with samples and ordering the perfect desserts. I highly recommend Chez Bon Bon. Enjoy!

Loveeeee Chez Bon Bon inside the beautiful Fontainebleau Hotel! It is so convenient for a scrumptious snack on your way in or out of the hotel. Every time I go to the hotel I make sure to stop here! The croissants are hugemongous and delicious! They're about $9 or $12 each can't remember the price but the are so worth it!! The mocha coffee with oat milk is probably the best I've ever had EVER!!! This past Sunday I tried the chocolate Almond croissant and it was to flip over!! OMG one of the most delicious things I've had in my mouth! The people are ALWAYS really nice! I appreciate the way they treat the customers! The staff is super sweet and they don't seem too stressed! They have great energy! Can't wait to go again soon!

On my recent trip I wanted to stop by this bakery since I heard a lot about it! Staying just next door at the Radisson made it easy for me to go grab something this morning. [[HIGHLIGHT]]They have a beautiful display of cakes, croissants and even what looked like gelato.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I just got a chocolate croissant and a small black coffee, at first I thought it was pricey $21 for just those 2, however, when I got back to the room and opened the croissant I was surprised to see that it was huge. It was flakey, had ample chocolate inside and was absolutely divine! One of the best chocolate croissants I've had in a while! Would return for other treats!

Enjoy some amazing coffee while staying at hotel during my stay. Now the highlight of my visit was the mini carrot cake I had late night celebrating my birthday. OMG it had so much frosting inside & out of this moist delish desert. Highly recommend grabbing a seat to people watch as you have tasty treats.

We had the best breakfast, tipico Italiano, with nutella croissants, caffè macchiato e caffè, come in Italia. Everything is baked fresh, at the spot and you can see all the hard work through the little glass window. This place makes you feel good and it's food dopamine for your nose and eyes. I especially like all the freshly baked smells coming from the active bakery onsite. Chocolate Cake: What can make chocolate cake even better? A nutella-like frosting! It really took this to a whole new indulgent level. Apricot Croissant: Why spread jam on your croissant when it comes pre-jammed? A nice amount of tangy apricot jam inside the flaky pastry. A great way to start the day. Pistachio Eclair: Normally I'm a chocolate frosting and vanilla custard guy, but they didn't have that combination. Was pleasantly surprised by the sweet pistachio cream, made it feel very European. Cannoli: A tiny little indulgence of dense sweet cheese inside a not-that-crispy-anymore shell. Potentially made awhile ago; wonder if a fresher one would have had a better crunch. I did like the candied orange peel at one of the ends. Mortadella Sandwich: A simple way to live up the olive roll. A few slices of mortadella to make it meaty and feel kinda fancy European. Ham & Sweet Baguette: Simple and easily transportable to the beach. The baguette tastes fresh, likely made onsite not that long before. It had a good chew. The ham and cheese are just enough protein to make it into a meal. Might have been even better with a little mustard. Mortadella, Cheese, Sun Dried Tomato Sandwich: A nice soft roll with lots of mortadella, some fresh mozzarella and heavy umami sundried (or slow baked?) tomatoes. The addition of those tomatoes really ratcheted up the flavor of the bread, meat, cheese.

Located a couple of blocks off a major road (Washington Ave.), Las Olas Cafe felt like a hole-in-the wall neighborhood joint - a team of off-duty police officers were enjoying their dinner inside the restaurant, and families were eagerly lined up at the to-go window outside the restaurant. As I waited in line to order, I perused the menu, which included breakfast items, coffee, and a variety of sandwiches. Even though there were only a couple of customers ahead of me in line, each meal was made-to-order before the next order was taken. This meant that the staff prepared about half a dozen coffees, a couple of smoothies, and several meals before it was my turn to order. When I finally placed my order for a Cubano sandwich, I waited about 20 minutes for my food to be prepared. My sandwich was served piping hot, and I eagerly took my food to go so I could enjoy it at the beach nearby. Despite the wait (about an hour from the time I arrived at the cafe despite the short line), my food was delicious. The sandwich was stuffed with crispy shredded pork and ham, and a generous amount of mustard, melted cheese, and pickles pulled it all together.
