We recently hired them to cater a party for us, and we wanted to order all of our favorite dishes from the restaurant. I was wondering if they could replicate everything while cooking from the truck, but we were very happy with the results. Phad Nuer Gratium, Phat Phrik Bai Kaphrao Kai, Nom Prik Oong, and Phad King Gai were all as delicious and blazing hot as we remembered from the old SE Asia days. The rates are reasonable, and we had a ton of food. The guests were very pleased to be taking home leftovers. I can highly recommend the catering services.
