I went for a long walk around the lake at night and in the morning it was a quick walk to coffee if you want to get out of the hotel/ Really nothing to complain about as far as the hotel itself. Chocolate in the room upon arrival. Decent bed. Most importantly, air conditioning that worked on a very hot summer day. I would stay the Ritz Carlton I walked by nearby next time but it was okay enough. They weren't super nice at check in when I told them that no, I was paying for the room and it should have been in my name. Pretty sure he rolled his eyes at me, even if not intentional. They also could not give change at the desk for USD/CHF, which is pretty standard at hotels in Europe. Aside from that and being less than impressed with how small the room was, even for EU, it was good enough but not anymore than 3 stars for me.

Parking is available for a fee so we decided to just use a nearby garage which was cheaper. There is a restaurant and bar in the lobby. Water and hot water is also available in the lobby for guests. Check in was exactly at 3pm and even though numerous people were in line waiting it went by quickly. Also there are 2 elevators. If you are needing postcards they have some for less than 1€ in the lobby.

The easy walk to Geneva Lake and Paquis de Buvette was much convenient, on the other hand. It was a short stroll to reach Old Town as well. Perhaps my feedback would be that the AC and mini bar fridge could have been colder, but my American butt be so high maintenance, therefore they are minor gripes. Super helpful to have a link sent prior to our visit to acquire the free public transit pass for tourists.
