DON'T EVER go there for food unless you want to be screwed , they lie to you in the face !! I go there before a concert in the AB , I get my menu and waiter comes to take our order to drink , because I know how it normally goes I order our drink AND starter , drink arrives , then waiter comes to take food order , then 30 minutes nothing , even though I ordered starter 15 minutes before ordering food , Then they bring starter , and have our meal also in there hand , but because I'm looking at the waiter and ask if that's our meal at the same time , they not even answer , and take it back . 15 minutes later it's there again , straight from microwave , I call waiter , and he deny's 2 times , telling there's NO WAY the food comes out off the microwave ! THE RICE WAS DRY , AND SAUCE WAS HARD AND DRYED OUT from microwave , but still say with a straight face , NO MICROWAVE !!! PRICE TO START FOR IS WAY TO EXPENCIVE ! Disappointing, disgusting and definitely not real Mexican food. My cousin and I were craving tacos and as it was a bank holiday it was the only tex-mex open. No need to mention there's no fuc**** way we're coming back. The nachos were barely crispy and the chili dressing tasteless. Our Margaritas were mostly made up of water, sprite and sugar loooots of sugar. The tacos were just unimpressive or maybe they were as they arrived cold af. Service was good despite the pressing crowd on NYE. The staff held it together. The food isn't that great, but its Tex-Mex in Europe so I didn't have high expectations. I had the Trio Taco. The chicken did not look like real chicken. The margarita was watered down too. Not worth the money in my opinion, but staff is nice. read more

surprisingly the Fajita platter was almost as good as we remembered in the 1980's when we thought this chain had peaked. Never order the Fried Mexican ice cream, it was a lump of vanilla ice cream with a cardboard textured outer layer - when it should have been crispy. And sadly, we were told that this was the speciality de la maison. The servers were friendly and you have to give them some love for that, but the food they brought was remedial. read more

If I could leave no stars I would. Awful food. Disgusting, or no flavour and half the dishes arrived cold. Yesterdays microwaved reheated dog food likely better. Smell of cigarettes off one dish too. yes, kt m. and i went to chi chis in brussels. user error. worst chi chis ever. that said, i must admit that the entree, WHEN it arrived, was very good and hot. the cheese dip was a gelatinous substance from saturn. very scary and very bad. i am still tossing and turning at night dreaming of this substance trying to attack my soul. read more

This was not very good Mexican or Tex-Mex. Yes it's convenient and perhaps some of the other dishes were good but my quesadilla was subpar. The chips and salsa were good and were free but here in Europe refills don't exist so I was left to ponder sadly my salsa with no more chips to dip in it. I think in the future if I want a quesadilla I will go to the grocery and buy tortillas and some sort of cheese that approximates Mexican cheese. I've never been to a ChiChi's in America so perhaps the chain is just not that great but I would consider this restaurant as a last resort if a craving for Tex-Mex absolutely cannot be filled any other way. read more

A funny little Mexican food restaurant, if that is your thing try it ! It is usually greasy and there is plenty to eat, if you're looking for comfort food with a change of scenery, look no further :) the eat all you can buffet will make you feel full and will accompany one of their cocktails (Margaritas !) very well. read more

The beginning chips and salsa here are stale and watery. The decor is awful. The waitstaff seem to vanish for 10-15 minutes at a time. After finally getting our meals they were all just okay food, nothing special, and nothing worth what we paid for it. I was happy to find a tex-mex restaurant in Brussels. I was also happy to see it had a buffet. However I was less happy about a few things: first, despite choosing a buffet I had to wait for a waiter and it took quite a while. Then the buffet did not have much variety (especially if compared to buffets in the us) even some things it did have were finished most of the time so I didn't even get to taste the ribs, for example. From the buffet I most enjoyed the rice and the taco (which they called chili con carne). read more

really bad service, had to wait an hour for our food to arrive and when it finally did, it was cold. the salad was awful, the ribs sweet and lacking in seasoning, most of the food was microwaved (cold in the middle on really hot plates). besides that, the pungent smell of food really imbibed our clothes. wouldn't ever recommend it read more
