It was loaded with onions, cheese, and green peppers as well. Everything was cooked well, though a tad under seasoned. A quick fix was adding extra pepper, ketchup and an occasional dab of Cholula. The English muffin was toasted to perfection with the right amount of butter. Delicious. My husband loved his pancakes...huge, with crispy edges and soft, fluffy middles.
