I asked for a recommendation and the girl working game me a perfect option! It tasted like sweeter coffee and it was so good! The thing that was really good however was the gluten free raspberry scone omg SO GOOD!! I have had gluten free snacks before and they tend to not be my favorite but this WAS SO DELISH HIGHLY RECOMMEND! We did some work at this location and although a bit small we all had seating and weren't super crowded. People tended to come and go a lot here which was nice! Def recommend!

Lexi is seriously awesome. Her story is super inspiring, and you can tell she's been in the coffee game for a long time because she really knows her stuff. If you're ever in Boise, you have to try the Centennial Lotus -- it's my absolute favorite. I always look forward to stopping by and supporting her business. Even if Lexi isn't there, her team is always on point and will take great care of you. Definitely swing by Jitters By Jayne -- you'll leave with some good jitters in the best way lol.

    Banana Bread

Very friendly and quick service, and it's so cute inside. I asked for a pastry recommendation, the girl at the counter suggested the banana bread, and it did not disappoint.

order: 20oz iced matcha with sugar free halzelnut and vanilla syrup and oat milk!

Jayne was an absolute sweetheart! I love the location of the cafe and the layout of the inside. Very nice and cozy! She made probably one of the best matchas downtown!

The ambiance and service were welcoming. The coffee lacked body and tasted watery. The staff were helpful and very pleasant.

Apple fritters are his favorite so I Googled the nearest joint that has apple fritters Goldy's Corner popped up so I made my 2 minute drive there. For a sunny Monday morning, downtown was pretty chill. Got myself a front row parking spot and made my way in. The vibe in the joint was just the same as this Monday morning, chill. You see a few guests enjoying their morning caffeine with some friends. Another guest having his chess board all ready for a serious game while sipping on his drink. I love it. The display case was full of goods. You have a great variety of savory and sweet options. I did a run through of everything and the one thing I came in for wasn't there. The sweet gal behind the counter greeted me with the friendliest smile. I asked her about the apple fritters and she nicely told me they didn't have any today. Last week, last week they had the fritters. So, I got my husband his second favorite thing and that is a huge cinnamon roll. It was beautifully displayed in the case. It was perfectly frosted and hearty. It looked like the perfect pastry to grab for him. I got my cinnamon roll all boxed up and was excited to bring it home to the hubby. The sweet gal told me to call ahead next time to see if they were planning on having fritters available that day. I also appreciate that she tried to direct me to other joints to grab a fritter. I told her that I have been to the shops she recommended but I was happy with the cinnamon roll. I look forward to taking my huge bite of this cinnamon roll when I get home. I am positive my husband will love it, he's never had a locally made cinnamon roll that he didn't like. The shop was really chill and relaxing. The gal that worked today was sweet and kind. I can't wait to come back and vibe out here. I can see the patio and a cup of coffee in the near future.

We enjoyed our coffee with unlimited refills and took a booth where you can people watch and we could see the capitol building. Friendly staff and good coffee. I appreciate the variety of baked goods and even the discounted day old items. Good place to grab a coffee when you don't have much time. Loved the artwork on display too. Several little tables here and booths and one larger table. My quiche was good. Everything I expected and I got the day old banana bread which was dried up and hard on the edges and soft in the middle. I guess that's why they discount it. After a day it doesn't hold up too long.

It included 5 pairings with food, coffee education, and a free tour of their roasting facility! My husband is a notorious coffee snob, so this was perfect. It lasted a few hours, and was lovely. We chatted with others at our table, enjoyed some delicious food, coffee, and even peaberry tea (a favorite). My husband especially enjoyed the roasting facility tour, which was led by a well-educated coffee enthusiast. She handed out amazing facts, generous tips, and favorite coffees. I usually hit a couple local joints that are right by the salon I work at. Conveniently, Dawson Taylor was right there so I took it as a sign to head in. This coffee joint is so cool. Walked in and instantly noticed how pretty the shop is. I was greeted right away. I told the gentleman that greeted me that I was going to use the ladies room real quick. I will have to say, the bathroom is so dope. I love all the quotes that were written on the walls. You don't realize how long you're actually in the bathroom when you're reading all the tiles. After reading a handful of tiles, I finally made my way out. I got my usual coffee when I try a new joint out. Gives every shop an even playing field. So I got myself an iced americano with sugar free vanilla and room for cream. I had asked the barista for cream to be poured in the back by him. I had told him about my new kidney when I ordered and that I can't really use communal things. He proceeded to tell me the cream was at the table. I really didn't want to use it but I did. I poured a little of it out before I added the cream to my drink. I also used a napkin to hold the handle. I try not to be a germaphobe but it's hard not to be when your immune system is non existent. I made my way outside to sit under the sun and absorb the afternoon energy. I did add couple packets of my sweetner to my drink to sweetnen it a tad. I like my drinks on the sweeter side. Wow, this drink is absolute perfection. You can taste the espresso. It was very present and bitter. It wasn't watered down and light. I appreciate how bold the espresso is. The cream added a nice richness to the drink. The sweetner did enhance the taste of the vanilla. This americano was so good! I ended up walking to Cecil Andrus park and enjoying the rest of my drink there. It was just what I needed this afternoon. This joint is just another block away from the salon I work at which will be so nice and convenient to head down to for an afternoon caffeinated beverage. Another joint I will have to frequent. I will be back soon for another round of this fabulous americano. Especially after a long day at work.
