She waited over an hour and never saw a physician. Only to be sent to the Emergency room hours later due to the cluster F^*) at this Escondido location. If we do not see a significant improvement to Graybill facilities, Sharp / Rees-Steely will be a much better option for folks needing medical services. Graybill feels like a cattle farm and IMO do not feel patients are getting the proper attention. The group needs the proper training on how to run a business. Stay away from Graybill. They do not deserve your business, and they certainly do not care if you move to a different provider. With that said, I will give Graybill 1 or 2 months to get their act together. I am not hopeful.
