Quoted me $11,000 for services that don't justify the cost. When I asked for a simple $300 refund, the CEO promised it, then stalled with excuse after excuse. Most shocking? The CEO actually told me in writing: "Find patience somewhere in your mutated genes." That's not just unprofessional -- that's offensive and dangerous in healthcare.
