I called and the owner made excuses about bugs with their shipping software and that my order was very complicated (was 7 products to 2 different addresses lol). Never an apology. After asking for my order number like 10 times, I was told she did not have time to make things right as they were so busy! So she said she will give me a refund (which I did not ask for) and then hung up on me. I was labeled a 'difficult customer' on the note for the refund. I would not recommend this company at all unless you like being treated like dirt. Shop somewhere that actually wants and appreciates your business and can deliver on what they advertise.
