Despite your wall of text, you failed to recognize that the underlying problem is that you are pairing good parts with garbage parts as a means of forcing people to buy the trash if they want the good pieces. You earned your 1 star review and I hope it was worth the $5 in prospective profit you made by refusing to sell the minifigure intact. I had been in previously and exchanged a size on a shirt, before ultimately deciding to return it. The salesperson that had helped me that day did not do the exchange through the system so it wasn't shown on my receipt apparently. The lady refused to return it for a refund because of this even though it was not my fault that the previous cashier had done it wrong. I only found out about my nephew's birthday gift after I saw the credit on my bank account two weeks after his birthday and realized that only 1/3 of my order shipped to him! I ordered this New Year's Eve Tee on 12/19 and turns out they never even had it. I would have had time to order it through Nordstrom at that time but I was led to believe that they were processing and would ship it to me in time. When I reached out to the customer service team, they told me that they had this item ready to ship to me and would overnight to make things right. They said they were within the time frame to ship for Saturday morning delivery but warned me that "FedEx may not hold up their end of the deal". I called on Monday morning and turns out they never even shipped... Completely misleading and dishonest! If I see something I like enough to even think about giving them my money, I will only shop for Peek clothing through Nordstrom or any other third party sellers.
