She is ok with her guest being uncomfortable with safety and lack of sleep due to late1am loud noise. Guest shouldn't have to worry about getting lack of sleep past 10pm especially on vacation. All the manger said was ( this is a hotel people make noise we can't accommodate everyone) okay I get that but, maybe be reasonable about it and doing a courtesy by asking that loud guest to keep it down so others can get a decent night sleep. And unfortunately, the hotel did nothing about it so I knocked on the wall and asking them to please keep it down assuming they can hear me because I can obviously hear them. All I got back was some curse words and telling me to come over there. Not a problem in my 20s or 30's and I was on vacation and it was my last night there so, I just turned the TV up and slept in the pull out bed in the living room area ... I wouldn't stay here, especially with the type of management that is running this hotel.

One thing that did surprise me was that the seat covers were all wrinkled. I would think a venue like this would take better care to notice those details. We weren't too far from downtown, and we were also close to other areas with places for shopping and dining. * The location has ample parking. * Except for a few stray hairs in the shower, the room was very clean. * The room had a king bed and a sofa sleeper - more than enough room to stretch out and get comfortable. * The room also had a bar counter, sink, and fridge. Though there isn't a microwave in the room, they have 1 in the breakfast area in the lobby. * You can't go wrong with free breakfast! * There is a bar where you can purchase beer, wine, and cocktails. Cons: * We were hoping the water behind the registration desk was complimentary, but it wasn't (even though it was generic). We were informed that we had to purchase water from the shop (even though the water for purchase wasn't the generic water; it was Life Water). * While there, is a "bar," the cocktails are all pre-mixed. Depending on staffing, there isn't an opportunity to order food. Oh, and gratuity is automatically included. * The pillows are trash (in my opinion). They are incredibly soft. I like that there are outlets nearby and a Target across the street to pick up things when needed. The staff here are courteous and professional. They take a genuine interest in their guests and ensuring their stays are enjoyable. I wanted to compliment Zara in particular for welcoming me when I arrived after a tough journey from Asheville, due to detours related to I-40 being closed. I also appreciate that the parking lot has overnight security because I am a traveling musician. I don't leave gear in my car, but there are speakers and other accessories I leave in the trunk. Nothing would derail a tour anymore than having your car broken into. The only caveat I'd offer is that one of the elevators was down and it made waiting longer especially during busy times and the several times I had to load out and load in gear. I appreciate the Hyatt having a complimentary buffet and fresh coffee in the morning. Staff for the buffet are outstanding. You even have oat milk, which is rare in my stays and my choice for my coffee, so thank you! Oh, and fresh fruit every morning.
