I couldn't locate anyone to assist me on the sales floor unfortunately so I just walked around to view prices and find what little coffee tables they did have. After about 15 minutes a sales person finally found me and tried to help but they didn't know much about their inventory. The clearance prices seemed a bit high to me and without getting assistance soon enough, it was hard to tell if prices were actual prices or an additional percentage would be taken off. I think the store is going through a rebrand and new management so there are probably some things they are still working out.

The two men were unprofessional. They did not wrap or protect the furniture inside the truck or outside. One of the pieces was dropped in the truck when they were putting in on the lift. After they brought the 3 pieces into the house they left the cushions in a pile on the floor and did not assemble the sectional. When we put the sectional together we discovered a 4 inch tear on the sofa material and immediately called the store. The delivery people denied tearing the material and the store said that since the Westborough Ashley store uses a third party delivery service there is nothing the store could do to help us. You cannot reach anyone at the national level because these stores are franchises. You cannot get help at the Westborough store owner because they will not take responsibility for a hiring a cheap, unprofessional delivery company. And the delivery people are not kept accountable. DO NOT BUY FURNITURE AT THE WESTBOROUGH ASHLEY STORE.

If only 4 nights on this new bed did this to my limbs, I can only imagine what it will do for my spine that has become damaged from so many hours of driving car (I do Rideshare). Insight: your joints only crack when there is sufficient fluids in between, lubricating them. For a bad spine, it means the fluids have not been able to come back (this is what supports it so they don't grind against each other painfully). Conclusion: I'm super excited to be able to crack my lower back. Definitely do not regret listening to the sleep expert. My only regret is that I was not smart enough to save a few hundred $ by wasting hours online comparing reviews. Full disclosure: I ended up doing a bunch of research after having received my new sleep setup. Your basically paying ~20% premium for their knowledge (reasons return policy cost exists). This being said, they definitely earn their monies. I told him what I wanted to do and asked how long it would take but Jahmaree (store rep) said no problem, we can do that, it should take about 40 minutes. I felt bad but he was more than willing to stay late and get me switched. Throughout the entire process he made me feel welcome and was extremely patient despite multiple hiccups with Verizon. He called his regional manager to ensure he was doing everything correctly and to ask for advice regarding some issues with Verizon. He never once mentioned that he was staying late and thanked me for coming in and being patient. Overall, my experience with Jahmaree has been 100% better than any experience I've had with Verizon. AND I'm saving so much money on my bill!
