Hubs woke up at 6:45am and they were already in our driveway waiting. Delivery was smooth, setup of the inflatable went well. We had to set up our own tables and chairs - not a big deal. I waited for days, and then I got an anonymous text with a couple of questions in return. So I'd respond, and then days would go by where I wouldn't hear anything again. I called several times and left messages, then I got another text a couple of days later. Finally, I got a text with just a price tag - no itemized breakdown of costs, no responses to my questions about table sizes, nothing. I left another message, asking for an itemized quote and haven't heard back. Its so surprising, considering how responsive and professional they were the past two summers when I rented from them. Itemized contracts, detailed terms. everything you would expect. This time there was none of that. Did they lose their sales staff? Are they going out of business?

The photo booth came with props and they also were happy to set out some extra props that we had purchased. The photo booth attendant, Jovani, was great and the photo booth was a hit with our guests. On 28 Oct 2019 I emailed the company and informed them they sent the wrong size. The same day Mr. Kasprowicz (President and CEO) replied with a shipping label to return the helmet and an email that said "Sitting right here. Not sure how it got screwed up. Sorry for the inconvenience." I sent the helmet back and it was delivered on 31 Oct 2019. The new/correct helmet was sent on 8 Nov 2019 and I received it on 14 Nov 2019. This helmet was too big. I ordered according to the websites sizing chart. I contacted the company on 18 Nov 2019 and informed them of the issue. Mr. Kasprowicz responded by asking me to send pictures of my son in it and asked if I sent pictures of him in the other helmet. I responded by telling him I didn't send pictures of my son in the first helmet. (He never asked me to. He just sent me a return shipping label. ) I send him pictures of my son in the new helmet as well as my sons head circumference. This is where things get strange. I feel like once he saw my son was half black he started being a bit ruder and not responding back to me when I would email. He responded to the email with the pictures by saying "Heads aren't like pads. He could be in the smaller size for a long time. A 21 inch head is not going to come close." But didn't tell me how to return it. On 21 November, 3 days later, he responded with an email to do a return/exchange of the helmet for the smaller size. I sent it back and the USPS tracking # states it was delivered on 21 Dec 2019. On 14 Jan 2020, I emailed Mr. Kasprowicz and informed him I returned the helmet 4 weeks ago but haven't received the new helmet and I asked for a status update. No response. On 21 Jan 2020 I emailed him again asking if I could get a status update. Again, no response. On 27 Jan 2020 I emailed him again and let him know I had sent 2 emails in the last 2 weeks inquiring as to when the helmet would be arriving and had yet to hear from anyone. He responded same day saying "The helmet should ship tomorrow. I am expecting my shipment in later today." I hadn't heard anything more so on 5 Feb 2020, 9 days later, I emailed him asking if the helmet shipped and what the tracking number was. He responded by calling me but I was unable to answer because I'm not allowed to use my phone at work. I emailed him letting him know that. No response. On 7 Feb 2020 I emailed him again asking what was going on with the helmet. Again, no response. On 18 Feb 2020, another 2 weeks later, I emailed him asking if there was an issue with the helmet because it was supposed to ship on 28 Jan 2020 and I had not received it. I told him I paid for a helmet and have no helmet. He responded saying "I have that the helmet was sent to you and delivered on 11/8/2019." (How was it sent and delivered to me on the same day?) The helmet he is referring to is the helmet he sent to me after I returned the 1st one due to him screwing up the order by sending the wrong size initially. I responded with "That was the helmet that was returned because it was too big. It was returned and delivered to you on 21 Nov 2019." I responded right after to correct the date, it was 21 Dec, not 21 Nov. He has not responded. On 19 Feb 2020, I sent him a copy of USPS tracking number and that is shows it was delivered. I still haven't received a response. Both helmets were sent back using USPS and tracking numbers show they were both delivered to his address. He is refusing to send me the new helmet but charged me the $791.72 for it. I have not received the product I ordered. I have been dealing with this issue since I ordered the helmet. He charged me for a product that he won't send me. He is a crook, doing shady business. He is stealing from a little boy!
