Really reliable and Cooperative Agents.. from Me .. I am giving 10 out 10 .. Thanks to Chicago Hajj Company.. We had called several other hajj services during our planning stage. However, after speaking to Chicago Hajj they gave us a piece of mind. Our journey was comfortable and we enjoyed our stay with them. Like any thing else. New country and different language was a problem. But Chicago Hajj's representatives helped assist for translation and communication with locals. There guides were empacibale, these guides had the knowledge of Medina and showed us historical sites in detail. We recommend them to others. Remember they are economical and affordable. We got the Visa and Ground transportation package from them and we were satisfied with the price and pickup and drop off services. We arranged our own hotels and flights . However we did use their hotel in Makkah for one night. We were a family of four and stayed in a comfortably big room. True , we went off season so there was not much contention of space - but we had a pretty good experience with them for whatever service we chose them for ( visa , ground transportation and 1 night stay in Mecca ) . Their hotel in Mecca is a 10 SAR ride to Haram - coming back you may need to pay 15 SAR. Their hotel staff is helpful and co-operative. I get really disappointed when I read reviews like this. Hajj is not a vacation, how do you expect to get treated with luxuries. Seems like someone accidentally got on the wrong flight, brother who's complaining intended to go to Caribbean and instead ended up in Saudi Arabia. Hajj is not an easy task and there is no easy way out. It is all about sacrificing your health and wealth on the path of Allah. I'm sure the brother who is complaining went there for the first time and most likely it was his last time as well. My family performed hajj back in 09 and the group exceeded our expectations. I feel like i chose the right group for them and Inshallah i am intending to go with them for my pilgrimage this year. AsalamuAlikum To All Chicago Hajj & Umrah Associates. I am thankful to Allah that Allah guided me to perform my Hajj using CHU and the best comment I can provide is that InshAllah I will be happy to perform my next Hajj with CHU again. Things I really appreciated With CHU, I know that I am dealing with sincere people, who tried their best to make sure my hajj goes as well as possible. Starting from US even before the Hajj, the CHU kept me informed on the official paperwork processing, airline reservation, things I would need during Hajj, Hajj presentations and many other things. Every e-mail was important and informative. CHU provided a hajj kit which you can carry around your neck which included very practical items like prayer rug, Quran and few other essential items, which I carried with me every where. This small bag has enough space if you want to carry a cell phone, some money etc. Very practical. CHU made extra efforts upon my request to arrange for me Qatar Airlines where I didn't have to worry about halal food and prayers during flight, plus the Qatar Airlines itself provides a very nice, clean, punctual and polite service with a free hotel arrangement if your layover in Doha is over 12 hours. Medina first is the best route to start the hajj, we thought it will take 3-4 hours at the airport to get through immigration & customs but to our surprise we were out within 30 minutes. Hotel in Medina was about 5 minutes walk from the Masjid-e-Nabawi. Darul-Taqwa in Mecca might not be 5 star hotel but it was a very nice and clean facility with plenty of rooms and variety of foods. You really appreciate it after a 6 hours drive from Medina. Best of all was polite and helpful staff waiting for us who carried our luggage and got us situated in our clean air-conditioned rooms and served us a very nice buffet. Travel packed Zam Zam water was ready for us in our rooms to bring it back home to US. This is big deal because I did not have to worry about any of these items and was freed to rather concerntrate on my ibadah. Shuttle service to and from Harem was available and dependable. Again, multiple staff members were present in Harem holding CHU flags to take us back to CHU buses after finishing our Umrah and Ibadah. WiFi in Mina. CHU staff available through out our stay in Mina. Foods, Fruits and Drinks conveniently available in Mina. CHU staff guided us to Jamarat carrying CHU flags so we don't get lost. Mufti Haroon was available through out the day for any questions and gave a talk at least once a day in Mina. The animal sacrifice arrangement was great, after the 1st Jamarat, CHU staff was right their w/us who took our hajji number called the slaughter house where the CHU staff was already waiting, by the time we got back to the Darul Taqwa, sacrifice was complete and we actually got our heads shaved at the barber close to our hotel with much cleaner facility and no lines. CHU used some of the same sacrifice meat from that day and served a great Bar B Q. And if you like to try camel just ask for it and they will cook it for you. Pre-Allocated tents and space for CHU Group in Arafat and Muzdalfah. In Silver package after Hajj the CHU had arranged hotel right across Kabbah, you actually exit the hotel in front of Gate 1/Bab-Abdul Aziz of Kabah. The hotel is very nice and break buffet is huge. I really appreciated all the hard work the staff of CHU puts in from US to Saudia, they really work hard to earn your Dua for them. Some of these staff members in Saudia were literally working round the clock may be with couple hours of sleep. Alsalam Aluikom every one please read this full review Iam saving you from getting upset and ruin your hajj I'm writing this bad review just to let every one know about the feeling I had while I'm doing my Hajj , this the leaders of Chicago Hajj and Umrah will actually Ruin your hajj by the way they Trick you by making so much money of you it's not about the Hajj them it's about the money and I will tell you exactly what they did to me and to every one did the hajj to with them I have met so much ppl that was not happy and complained about the this cheep leaders of Chicago Hajj and umrah , first Of All this is an Indian Pakistani Group and my god forgive me for saying this but if you are not an Indian and Pakistani this will not Suit you because they have their own cooks in the hotel and all the way until you finish your hajj and all they servers spicy Indian Pakistani food very spicy will upset your stomach making you gassy all the time it will make you feel uncomfortable all the time . second things they will try to make as much money as they can from you that how cheep they are after spending 8600$ they call me and charge me 22$ to ship my passport back to me , believe me you are paying big money to them and their package dose not even cost 5000 with other hajj offices , they transfer us to apartment building in Makkah that not good and cheep it's less then 1 star you will have to share small bathroom with at least 20 ppl the bathroom is very small it's hard to stay clean and tahara your ihram will touch the toilet no matter what and they don't offer 24 hours transportation and it's not walking distance to the haram like they say. They only take you 45 min to one hour before salat it's it's 20 minutes driving to the haram and they will drop you at the king Abdullah Tunnel you will have to walk another 20 min to finely get inside the haram sometime you will miss your salat or you will end up praying out side in the sun just to catch the salat . the language, I have been told that someone will be speaking Arabic during the hajj and that was not true the language either in urdo or English that has the Indian and Pakistani accent that are not understandable and most of the time they speak Urdo I have to set and listen for Duaa for at lest 2 hours in arafat and Muzdalifah was made in urdo and I have. Not understand a word with ppl around me was crying and make us late to go to first jamarat and ended up with a lot of Crowd took us very long time to get to jamarat. Also I was threatened to be kicked out from the hotal by stupid indian guy name Zakariah , he didn't know I could put him in jail by soudi government, and there 2 Indians women that they was holding the flags and walking funny in front of us how shame that the whole group was led by 2 women's waering Neqab and that stupid Indian guy zakariah was in the middle , He was very rude and he was try to ruin my hajj in the day of Muzdalifah . Very recently from February 05, 2024 to February 23, 2024; Me, MUBARAK ALI PATEL my wife SABERA PATEL, cousin NASHIMA PATEL and one sister in a group went for doing Umrah Pilgrimage through services of Chicago Hajj & Umrah; Address:- 2818, W. Peterson Avenue, Chicago, IL-60659. At the outset, let me write that all our work from getting Visa for doing Umrah Pilgrimage (tourist visa), travel/medical insurance work, Hotel arrangement work, transportation work in Madinah, Makkah and to Jeddah was meticulously done by Alibhai of Chicago Hajj & Umrah. We had no problem of any kind whatsoever in Madinah, Makkah and Jeddah since everything was very very smooth at all lelevls. Hotel accommodations in Madinah and Makkah with various amenities was very good. People at every localtions very helpful to us. Transportation arrangments in Madinah and Makkah was superb and quick. Also their services to take us for doing Ziarat at various islamic religious places in Madinah and Makkah with a guide was very good. To our utter surprise, we were also taken at every place in Makkah when Hajis/Hajjah go for doing Hajj during Hajj times. To sum up for our Umrah journey, I will say taht we enjoyed our journey and due to this we were able to concentrate in our Umrah Prayer. After completing our Umrah Pilgrimage, we were taken to Jeddah Airport in a comfortable van to start our trip to Istanbul, Turkey from Feb 18 to Feb 23, 2024. In Instanbul, Turkey we were put up in a 5 Star Hotel with all the amenities made avaialble to us. Our hotel was near downtown which is near major islamic religuous sites. We were taken to major places like Hagia Sofia, Blue Mosque, etc with a Cruise Ship journey in a boat and again on Cruise Ship to Prince Island in Istanbul, Turkey. Guide made avaiable to us; Ali Raish bhai and his brother Rehmat bhai Khan and sister Sanna were very very helpful in explaining to importance of various places which toured in Istanbul, Turkey. With Rehmatbhai Khan knowing Turkish language fluently we enjoyed his company which made our journey to Istanbul, Turkey very very interesting and pleasant. We also visited many Indian and Pakistani restaurants during our trip to Madianh, Makkah and Istanbul and also had taste of our food and chai everywhere. I/We will say, all in all we enjoyed our Umrah journey and trip to Istanbul, Turkey immensely greatly arranged through CHICAGO HAJJ & UMRAH. We went for pilgrimage to saudi with this company! We were promised a decent economy hotel and transportation from airport to various mosques and historic sites! Starting off when we got there the transportation was late. Took us to a hotel and left me with my kids and it was NOT EVEN THE RIGHT HOTEL !! They told us to leave ! Here we are late at night getting kicked out with my kids tired hungry! From one hotel to another each were telling me no you don't have reservation here!! Finally across from the original hotel they accepted us said yes the agent called so come. Now we get a room with broken showers broken sink fossil and dirty filthy ground Which I took pictures of! Then finally after 2-3 days later they transferred us to a different room, which was a little better but it was our last night! Leaving from Madina to mecca we were taking to a hotel that was so far away not what was promised plus it was the same very old and very cheap hotel! According to Navaid who is the manager for Chicago hajj he said he paid $175 per room which was not true because the hotel owner said its only $50 ! We felt cheated and lied to and we were never taken to any historical sites!! That was promised ! When we got back I called to solve this matter Navaid told me to call back 9/15/2018 as they're very busy for hajj season, he will talk to his manager to get me some kindaof refund! So I called back September and he tells me, im not in usa I left on vacation to Pakistan. Call me back on October ok so finally we're in October i text him on WhatsApp app and he tells me yes he's back ' and said What do you want me to talk to my manager about? Masha Allah Alhumdo Lillah the best services provided. They fulfilled all the promises they made to us here in Chicago. My mother who is almost 85 years old were given not only a wheel chair all along but she was given a bed as well for her stay in MINA AND ARAFAT and MUZDALLAFAH. My brother who is also masha Allah in his 60's did not have any problems what so ever as well as his wife. She was also very satisfied. The hotel was in Madinah was only 5 minutes walk from the Masjid. And the hotel was very clean not smelly at all. Zameer's team were so helpful that they actually lifted and carried my mother's wheel chair to different places during the entire Hajj manasiks. Alhum do Lillah. They were given a separate room as promised in Madinah. All the privacy was there as one can asked for. May Allah will reward Zameer and his entire team for doing this. Ameen. The transportation from Madinah airport to hotel to makah to mina to Arafat to muzdalafah back to mina masha Allah was impeccable. There were no worries at all. The food was excellent and in abundance and very tasty as well. Cold drinks water etc were available 24/7. The transportation from Makkah hotel to Haram was at our door step 24/7. As I mentioned my mother who was on wheel chair did not have any issues going to Haram from the Makkah hotel. It was like 7 or 8 minutes ride. I recommend CHCIGAO HUJJ AND UMRAH group to everybody who is planning to go for Hajj. My sincere advise to everybody give Zameer a call when you decide to plan your Hajj trip. read more

Don't blame Chicago Hajj for bad hotel experiences and so on! Do your dang research! Some of the negative reviews are laughable. Chicago Hajj serves a simple purpose! They make a Umrah package simple with no surprises. Went to Makkah and Madinah in October 2018. Trip as far as end was flawless! The representative at our all inclusive was informative. Check in/out at the airport and go! No hassle! Transportation with visit historical places in both holy cities arranged flawlessly! Got what was advertised! As for the rest of our trip ? I did my research on hotel, rooms, location and so on like a normal person! Chicago Hajj is the booking agent! That's it! And they do a wonderful job!! If I could give Chicago Hajj 10 stars, I would do it with no hesitation. Chicago Hajj and Umrah is the BEST travel agency I ever worked with. Sister Afsha is very friendly and nice, super efficient and finds great flights fast and in very reasonable prices. I had to find a flight with multiple destinations, some international and some domestic, for my family and myself. To add on the complication, my brother and I had a different route than my husband and son (my brother came with me to a conference, my husband brought my son from his college in another state). Before finding Chicago Hajj, I was really worried we won't be able to pull this through without paying huge sums of money. sister Afsha found for us good flights in very reasonable prices and was patient and genuinely friendly throughout the whole process. During my stay there the Chicago Hajj & Umrah group provided full transportation throughout my stay there and i personally did not have one moment where i felt at difficulty during those days of Ramadan. Chicago Hajj and Umrah Group made our Ramadan Umrah 2018 worry free and wonderful.Thank you so much! Booked flight, hotel, ground transportation. It was a very reasonable price and worry free, everything was seamless. Our hotel was Marwa al rotana in Makkah and Pullman Zamzam in Madinah so luxurious and beautiful. We got worried at one point before we left because we found out the airline had a "Basic Economy" flight and those passengers are not allowed carry-on luggage. So we called Chicago Hajj and got connected with a representative and he explained that Chicago Hajj does not book their customers on those flights and we are certainly allowed carry-on baggage. Nothing but good things to say about our experience with Chicago Hajj and Umrah The one thing I really liked about it was that we were able to customize our Umrah vacation package, i.e.Airfare, Hotel and transfers to and from hotel and airport. The agents(Br Naved and Sister Hafsa) over the phone were able to help us make special accommodations for our trip, which may not be easily done online-- for example, picking a different hotel where you may have to split the group into 2 rooms so that you can stay at a hotel with a better location. I would like to begin by acknowledging the fact that this Hajj and Umrah group provided, by far, the best tour i have ever experienced. Every time my parents called in, they picked up the phone right away and when my parents could not answer their calls, they made sure to provide us with an email with the questionnaire so we knew we were on top of everything! My parents' airline tickets and visas were issued very quickly and efficiently! The airline services were amazing and Zamir bhai's tour was also very interesting.
