Called several times to make an appointment. Finally made an appointment and had to pay$100 down until it is processed through my insurance. 3 months later I get a bill for the remaining amount. I call the company that collects on behalf of enhanced medical to arrange a payment plane. I was advised I would need to call enhanced medical and speak with Sarah. 3-4 voicemails later I get another bill saying I am 120 past due. Called the collecting company again advised that I had called enhanced medical to set up payment. They said there is nothing they can do and I have to keep calling enhanced medical. I called again and once again left another voicemail. Received a call today from enhanced medical from Sarah "I was advised from my staff you you wanted a call". I explained the situation and that I had left 3-4 voicemails Sarah's response "well I'm sorry I just got this now". I asked to set up a payment plan and asked hats is the lowest they can take "I don't know what ever" ok, then I can pay 5-10 a month "oh 5-10 didn't think it would be that low. You're 120 past due and it will show on your credit at 180 past due" told her once again I have been trying to make payment arrangements since April. Today is June 19 2019. Basically they will. It work with you and will call you back on their time when they feels they're ready. This place is horrible and I do not recommend them To anyone. Search elsewhere for your medical needs.

I do not recommend this facility for a Federal OWCP cases, facility is too careless with paperwork…read more Documentation is essential to a patient's case. Paperwork is rushed, facility need to hire a person familiar with the paperwork and know the negative impact it can have on a case. I was not paid for a doctor visit; I have an open established case for years. Now I have to appeal a decision of non-payment. Anybody who knows about OWCP, know this makes you a target for case closure. Your case will start being reviewed, you will be sent to second opinion doctors, that DOL-OWCP choose. Staff is friendly, treatment is good but none this can happen if cases are closed

They let me get comfortable with the situation and let me ease myself into it even though I was probably their last appointment on a Friday afternoon. After repeatedly calling over the next four days and getting the runaround about the continued computer problems they finally called me back after I told them I was going to call my credit card company to stop payment for the service they called and told me the disk was ready but the Radiologist still had not read the report. I was told I could pick up the disk and take it to my Physician. When I got home the disk was BLANK!! What a scam!!!

Dr. Han is amazing! With age comes aches and pain and he always knows exactly what to do to fix it…read more I had pain in my knee and ankle was always hurting. Within 2 visits I was fixed. I thought I was going to have to live with it and suffer but he knew exactly what I was talking about and made it better! My husband has had an issue with his back for over 10 years and dr Han has made those pains go away as well. I've never had an issue with my billing and insurance either and there are absolutely no surprise charges. I recommend Dr. Han to all my friends and family, he's the best!
