I would try a different chiropractor's, massage therapists, Electrical stimulation and laser therapy. They all worked temporarily to make it feel better but nothing stopped The problem I was having. I finally was able to run another half marathon in October of last year. While in my training I pulled a calf muscle again, took a week and a half off before the half marathon and felt good. During the half marathon I pulled my calf muscle again and hobbled my way through the race. (it was not fun) I took a couple months off, thinking I would heal up and be able to run again. So I started running again and I pulled a hamstring as soon as I started picking up pace. I thought it was a vitamin deficiency, a lack of hydration, not enough stretching, some sort of disorder. I was so frustrated and did not know what to do I asked around and was told to stretch, hydrate and see a doctor that does trigger point therapy. I didn't know where to start looking so I went on Yelp and found a chiropractor right down the block from me , ADDISON CHIROPRACTIC. I made an appointment and talked to Dr Mike Pagnoni, he sounded confident that he could help me. After two sessions I started running again. I was able to pick up my pace with no problems.
