Honestly, no other way to describe her.... disgust. I was inquiring about a specific deed and she was pressuring me to do a quit claim. I mentioned to her more then once that this is not the type of deed I was looking into. Her entire tone was rude and belittling. She then decided to LIE and tell me Chicago doesn't do gift deeds. It wasn't until I mentioned that I spoke to multiple attorneys in Chicago that mentioned they do gift deeds, that she finally admitted that HER OFFICE only does quit claim deeds. Not only this but talking to her felt like I was a kid being yelled at by my parent. Her tone was unnaturally loud, unsettling, and rattled my energy. I even told her that I am just a possible customer asking questions (like anyone would) and if she could just calm her tone down with me.... She Did Not. She has a very loud pitch voice as if she's desperate for validation and business. I was immediately turned off by her entitled, I know it all, you know nothing, rudeness. Pros: cost efficient Cons: 1. rattling unsettling voice I mean gave me super anxiety to the point where I had to hang up (I'm not going to sit on the phone and take verbal abuse when I remained calm and kind) 2. Dishonest 3. Loud and definitely not a people person 4. Not a good listener 5. Very stressed out impatient energy. If she gave me this vibe over the phone imagine in person. It is clear why she only has 2 reviews. Even her photo looks very stressed as if she's forcing herself to smile. Bad Bad Vibe Steer clear of this one.

Because of the bombardment of ads, I had no idea where to turn but Fagan Fagan and Davis was close and I went in. After speaking with Joe Fagan, he was confident and radiated years of experience along with the ability to tell it to me straight, optimistically under promise (does that make sense?) and absolutely over deliver. Going into the office, the building is unimpressive... but don't let it fool you. After speaking with Joe I realized that he is obviously in this to help good people in bad situations and because he loves it. One of the first things he asked me was what were my "must haves" and then what my "nice to haves" were. He then did everything he could to make it happen and absolutely exceeded my expectations exponentially. Nobody is an advocate for drunk driving. It is a bad situation all around. But all I can say is that in a bad situation... when I was at my life's darkest hour, Joe brought a torch and showed me the way back to the light. It was my first brush with the law. It will be my last, and Joe Fagan is the unsung hero who made a huge difference when others were saying I was essentially screwed. Worth every penny. Ms. Klepak agreed to help my former in-laws and stated absurd falsities against me. She lied stating that my marriage was a "scam" and that I had married my former wife to "gain" entrance in the United States. Fortunately, I am a wise man and I easily and successfully demonstrated to immigration that my marriage was one of the most authentic and sincere ever. I am a lawful permanent resident, a successful student, and a good worker and these are facts that truly oppose the accusations that Ms. Klepak directed to me through the slandering approach she adopted during the divorce I was forced to face. On some other reviews, I have read that Ms. Klepak is a "bully lawyer" and she is not unusual to attack with these kinds of propositions. I have reasons to believe that Ms. Klepak is an attorney who abuses the privileges granted to those who are allowed to practice this profession.
