We are a management company that own and operate over 100 units of commercial and residential apartments in the South/Southwest suburbs for over 30 years. I offered and provided current contractor references but they wouldn't budge on their "company policy, sorry but without your money in our pocket we will not proceed". There is no way we would even consider to begin a relationship at such a serious disadvantage with a new I/C vendor! If you are not willing to put your money, name and reputation on the line for your work you shouldn't be in business for yourself. No thanks, well find someone professional. Stay away.

We opened our brand new office a few months ago and have been working with Heron from initial design, to permitting, to the final install. Anyone who has had to apply for building permits here in Chicago knows what a pain that can be but CN completely handled everything on their side. The installer team was very kind and accommodating, frequently checking in with me to ensure everything was going to plan. Our signs are wonderful and we couldn't be happier. On top of all of that, CN is fixing a vinyl wrap that I personally made a mistake creating. Five stars.
