I had traveled to Chicago the week of April 27th for a busy business week and ultimately needed to ship home some high value work items. Although I was able to supply my own heavy duty box, since I was traveling on business I obviously did not have a packaging tape gun or packing supplies. Enter The UPS Store employee Amina into the equation. Amina was congenial, kind, super helpful, and helped me procure the bubble wrap and packaging tape I needed to box up my supplies for a safe ride via UPS Ground. Amina even reminded me about my AAA discount to save a few bucks! If you are in the area, go find Amina and tell her "Thank you" for being an amazing human. No disappointments at this location.

Had a very important presentation in Bolingbrook requiring a high-quality print job (10 decks x 65+…read morepages) From past experience, I wasn't willing to take it to a low-grade... high-priced like a FedEx Kinkos (where they run their machines to the ground with little maintenance). I needed a deck where a client sees it... is impressed... signs on the dotted line quality (like what you see in a commercial). Chris & Julie went above and beyond. When I sent the file toward the end of their work day (5pm), they still made time to jump on a call and review the file. They even made proper recommendations (heavier weighted paper, spiral binding) to improve the final presentation. And this IS the most important part.... they fulfilled their promises (calling me back, sending me pics of any issues) and obligations (delivering on time) without issue I didn't start with they're awesome pricing (cheaper than Fedex Kinkos) for a reason, their customer service is priceless! FYI - I do not know them nor have I ever met them before this transaction. I'm based on LA and my review is solely based on my communication with this order. And having been in graphic design and print production for over 10 years, they have earned my most positive review. I had contacted the minute man location in Hickory Hills that was closest to one of my siblings. The lady that answered, picked up and simply said "Hello". For a moment I thought I had contacted a residential line, as she didn't answer with the name of the business. When asked about the printing job needed, she stated we are NOT doing any printing right now. Before we could ask was it all locations, she hung up! The next closest location that showed on Google was Countryside. I called, spoke with Chris and tried to explain what was needed. I asked what time they close, and it was almost close to that time. We were about an hour away. When it was close to that time and we were still about 25 minutes away, I called Chris again and he said, 'no worries I will wait for you'! This was me and my siblings very first time having to prepare an obituary for our youngest sibling who passed away in an auto accident at the age of 21. I myself didn't know that paper could weight 180 pounds. Chris took the time to explain the various weights to me for the obituary,and the style of obituary we were trying to achieve. There was not one question that could not be answered by Chris or Julie. In fact, Julie pointed out exactly what was needed and Chris agreed. If you should ever need anything that this business can do, please allow them the opportunity to help. They are loving, caring, and professional people with profound knowledge of the business they run. You will not be disappointed.
