The gutter guards were purchased from the biggest online retailer and were aluminum and required screws. Nino's came out even though it was an almost 100 degree day and hung the new gutter, installed the guards and cleaned them all out. They ran late for both appointments but communication was fairly good as I received a message through yelp both times. The gutter they installed was actually two separate pieces with a patch instead of one long gutter (for the price I can not complain). I would use them again. The service I got was the tier 1 for $50 it felt like a mini detail since they do more than a wipe down. With 404 Detailing I schedule online with a time that works for me, they show up at my garage I come down, unlock the car and let them work. Once they're done I get a text to check it out, pay them (CASH ONLY), lock my car head back up and continue with my day.
