On the day of the job, only 1 guy showed up. Paint job was supposed to take 1 day, it took 3. They used the wrong paint and refused to refund me the cost. The paint they used stank so bad my asthma got triggered. The guy that was painting was rude and obnoxious, never came on time and took 4 hour lunches!! Will never hire them again. My building recently had our porches power, washed and sealed, by POW! POW! Powerwash'nSeal. Whoever said, this was a man's job!? That's right this is a woman own business, Who's "seriously" detailed and well executed proposal, was a tale-tale example of the outstanding finished job, Diane and her crew did, including their carpenter, Jose. This is a three-story walk up (6 flat) building that was in dire need of not only a good a good "POW-POWerwash", but was also dying to get a taste of the beautiful "SEAL'er", Diane uses on her deck jobs. This was especially important, because our porches went too long without maintenance, and begun to splinter and show advanced signs of wear and aging. So this was a must. After seeing the porches, just after being power washed, I was blown away on how well of job, her team did. In comparison, just weeks prior to that, I was scrubbing my own porch with a special deck cleaner and a deck brush and I couldn't even get close to what they did! Before deciding we received a few bids, all were within range of each other. Diane however, uses a much more durable and quality sealer then her competition I believe. Make no mistake about Diane, her- "career-woman" track record, shines through on her proposals, because they are the most detail oriented and thorough proposals you will likely ever see- hands down! When you see someone that has taken the time to outline the scope of work that Diane did, and taking every measurement, you're clearly getting a bid from a company who cares about their work, and their clients! We reached out several times to try to work with the owner to have them come back to finish the missed windows, but he just made excuses that they didn't have access and don't clean sills unless we paid them to clean inside and outside both. We sent pictures showing the missed work, and that it was clearly outside and accessible to the crew (as some windows were done and others not), but he made no effort to resolve our concerns. We paid in full and tipped the crew when they left. Very frustrating experience to find the job partially done and an owner who could have cared less.

This after another company had told me they were in excellent shape to add gutter guards to. When I called to complain, I was spoken down to repeatedly, even after I said twice that I had run two of my own small businesses and understood that the $200 an hour I was charged did not all go to the technician.
