The set up was quick and efficiently done and everyone on the set up crew was clean and courteous making sure everything was exactly the way I wanted it. All their equipment including tents,tables and chairs were clean and I could tell everything was well maintained. They also were very nice to my children who were in the yard playing while they set up. While talking during the setup I could tell that they take pride in keeping their customers satisfied. Also I mentioned that I wished I had rented a bouncy house for the kids they said they have a superheroes bouncy house that they could go back to shop and get. My son loves batman and it was perfect for the kids at the party. Once the party was over the next day they showed up exactly when they said they would. They were great, and Jessa was very easy to work with re: setting up our rental. It was not inexpensive, BUT the sound system suited our needs perfectly. I do have to say that the gentleman who came to set up the system and then pick it up at the end of the night was AMAZING. He was super helpful, super friendly, and he made sure everything was set up to perfection before he left. He even came back a half hour early that night when I found out that the venue needed to lock up earlier than we had expected, which was incredibly appreciated.
