This is by far the best chicken in town! I live close by and there is a long line of cars and trucks all day long that wraps around the building and into the street. The chicken is crispy outside, perfectly seasoned and juicy inside. The juice just squirts out as you bite into it.I never fry chicken at home anymore because this is better than the best southern home cook can ever make! I would have given it five stars but the workers there tend to be grumpy and not service-oriented. They also do not take credit or debit cards and are wary of personal checks. I never had no problems out of chickadilly until today I asked for some hot chicken and this man going to tell me I got to take what they give me mind you I go at least three times a week now know that u lost my business I never heard no such thing that you can't get no hot chicken this was unacceptable read more

Just good fried chicken all around. No frills, not flashy, just good old fashioned fried chicken.

Whenever I come in to visit family, as I live in Fayetteville, AR, there are two places I require to eat while in town: 1. Oriental Gardens and 2. Chick a Dilly. Ever since the Bojangles in Bentonville, AR closed, there is no place in Northwest Arkansas to get spicy fried chicken. (I don't like Popeyes spicy chicken. Only their mild.) Chick a Dilly is the only other place I will eat spicy fried chicken, and it is delicious. There is nothing like getting a chicken breast, chicken wings, fries, and rolls from Chick a Dilly. I may get some acid reflux later that night, but it is 100% worth it. read more

Excellent no-frills chicken! We all had two piece dinners and we thoroughly enjoyed our chicken. We know it was fresh because we could see the chicken being breaded in the back of the store. The fries and slaw that came with the dinner were great and I also had an extra side of Cajun rice that was very good, too. read more

Chick-A-Dilly was an interesting experience. Now, I'm not from Arkansas. Actually, I'm not southern at all, though I was raised on how to properly cook chicken. Chick-A-Dilly is quite popular with the locals, so I gave it a shot. I hadn't been there before, so I ordered a variety. The prices were amazing, and when I pulled out my business credit card (I use it generally to track my expenses on business trips), I was looked at like some sort of scum of the earth and flatly told, quite rudely I might add, "We don't take 'dose". Look...no biggie, oK? I didn't know...here's cash. Are you ok with THAT now? I did receive what I would say is "regular" service after I offered cash for my meal. Weird. The food was pretty good though. You can't beat the prices, and the jalapeno poppers were absolutely delicious. read more

Honestly, the absolute best fried chicken I've ever eaten. Always hot and fresh and fried absolutely to perfection. The sides are okay...Nothing fancy or worth even mentioning, but who cares, because you come for the fabulous chicken. I typically don't order white meat anywhere, but I will here because even the white meat is juicy. I'm not sure what their secret is, but every piece of chicken is warm (like you normally have to wait for it to cool off), perfectly crispy, spicy and cooked as perfectly as you can cook a piece of chicken. Price is extremely reasonable. Service is always good, but honestly it's one of those places where you wouldn't care if it was run by the Soup Nazi (Seinfeld reference) because you'd just put up with the bad service for the food. Both locations are in the less desirable parts of town, but you'll see all kinds of customers in line for this stuff...CEO's, business owners, everyone. This is the stuff. I live in Little Rock now, but still visit family here. If I travel to El Dorado alone, my boyfriend always has me bring back some Chick-A-Dilly. read more

wow, I'm impressed with this place. Even though El Dorado honestly doesn't have too much to offer these days, they have Chick-A-Dilly which provides inexpensive fried chicken which is as good as any I've had across the country. I had even just had some fried chicken at the House of Blues Gospel Brunch in Las Vegas...well, Chick-A-Dilly's chicken puts theirs to shame! The chicken is hot and juicy inside, and the outside is super crunchy and flavorful, though somewhat too salty. Add some fried okra for 99 cents, and that's everything you need for a good meal. Their regular price is about $1 for a piece of chicken, which is as good or better than the prices at other places when they're on sale. I wouldn't bother with Churches or Popeye's...come here instead. As for KFC, I understand if sometimes you feel like having some Original Recipe and some of their mashed potatoes, but KFC is about twice as expensive unless they're having a promotion. read more

Great chicken but worst customer service. The manager is hardly ever in & no way to reach the owner about concerns with her business.

Worse place to ever eat at. Will never eat there again. Watch out customers they have a thief that works in drive-thru. The manager will not do anything about it. Will never be back. Pretty simple little chicken restaurant of good quality. Don't let in open kitchen and dated dining room fool you. More of a take-away place it would seem, since there were no condiments on the tables and I was the only one eating in.
