When I requested a receipt, she instructed me to pull forward, indicating that she was unable to provide one at the window. I complied and proceeded to the next window, where I was given a small bag containing only one biscuit. I explained the discrepancy, and the employee informed me that my order had been canceled due to last-minute changes. I find this experience unacceptable and believe that certain employees would benefit from additional training or consideration of alternative employment opportunities. I would leave no stars if I could. I placed an online order for 2 sausage mcgriddles around 10:20, and I got there shortly after to pick up. I checked in through the drive through and everything, and they didn't tell me nothing about my order. When I got to the window to receive my food, the lady told me that I couldn't get it because it was after 10:35, but I placed it before breakfast was over and was in the drive through line for 10 minutes. So at the window, they didn't give me a refund or my food. They only gave me my drink and didn't say anything else regarding the matter. Never spending my money here again at N West Ave. read more

The cashier was hella rude. Yelled at us the price and was being really snappy. Snatched up the money and told us to add a dollar extra even though we gave her the correct amount for or order. I think its a shame everything is either broken or not cooked. Like every item on the menu should be available and if not take it off the menu. This is the worst McDonald's I've ever seen. Went through the drive tonight. Guy comes on and saids " go ahead". Go ahead? What kind of way is that to address a customer. I hate writing bad reviews, but two visits and both times we ordered at the kiosk and had food brought to table, wait was 10-15 minutes, for items that should be quick a happy meal and "all day breakfast". The staff seems disinterested and not happy to be at work, the food was not piping hot as you'd expect waiting so long. The drive through seems to do better, but man, just can't say anything good about dine in. read more

I went through drive thru during breakfast to have them forget my sausage, egg, and cheese sandwich. So they curbed me. I sat in my car at curbside for 15 mins and had to call inside to have them bring me my sandwich. In which the lady that answered the phone had to come outside to ask me again what my sandwich was. I was beyond irritated! My visits will forever be limited at this location to keep my sanity. read more

I like that they bring the order to your table. Other than that, it is pretty bad. The person that brought my order the past two times was the only one at the counter. So, for me to even place an order took a few minutes as she was running good to tables. Also, there is a bad odor towards the fountain machines. It smells like rot or mold. Usually pretty good service and fast, but lately they've been incredibly slow if it even gets a little busy. For example, at this moment, I've waited close to 30 minutes to even place my order. They've told each car to please hold a minute, but it turns into an average of 5 minutes. There's no telling how long it'll take to actually get to the window to get my food. This is absolutely unacceptable anywhere. The only reason I did it is because I needed to eat something since I hadn't had supper. Otherwise I would have driven off. I gave three stars because usually the food is pretty good (up to McD) standards at this location, and the staff is always friendly. They did look to be swamped in the dining room (this is around 2:00am on a Saturday night/Sunday morning).. So maybe they're behind and can't handle that kind of rush on the skeleton crew they most likely have on overnight shifts.. Anyway, not a bad place overall.. It takes a lot for me to write a review on a place, I'm usually patient.. But 30 mins to place an order anywhere is just unacceptable. Hope this doesn't become a trend at this location as they've been really good up until this experience. Staff is fine, they need more help on the schedule though. read more

If I could give this McDonalds a negative star review, I would. They are always messing up orders. I have added the picture of the McMuffin I received for $4. My order was McMuffin with regular bacon. As you can see, no egg was in site. Have people become so illiterate that they are mentally hindered from altering a sandwich correctly. I don't know how much longer McDonalds is going to last given there is no room for perfection (or even mediocre) at their serving level. I am finally though with this McDonalds. All I will ever get from now on is tea. At least if they mess my tea up, I'm only out of $1. What all McDonalds have failed to realize is that the price of the their foods get to be expensive and goes up when someone has to drive back to their restaurant (i.e. gas, time, etc.). If people keep having to drive back, they might as well go for the more expensive breakfast at an upper tiered restaurant. read more
