Just went here, they screwed up my deluxe sandwich order. We went through the drive thru again (the lobby is closed). They offered to give me my tomatoes and lettuce on the side so I could make the sandwich myself.. and when I said no I would like a new sandwich they argued with me and finally gave me a new sandwich. Then they would not let me drive away with the old sandwich and refused to give me my new one without giving them the old one. THEN I watch them serve my old sandwich to the person behind me.. WTF! Today , My husband rushed and went through the drive through and ordered two combos , one being a #1 with lettuce and tomato . We only have a 30 minute work lunch and Friday is the only day we are allowed to leave work and pick up food . I'm giving this chickfila restaurant all 5 stars because they were the only CFA restaurant in Brownsville that didn't start charging for extra sauces. other CFA restaurants were only giving one sauce packet per meal. one packet!!!! how do you bite the hand that feeds you like that? to buy a 12 piece nugget meal and only have one packet to take it down is preposterous. but my chickfila in boca chica never gave in to the chance of making more money off of their customers. wonderful way to show people you really care about your customers!! read more

This Chick fil A would have to be my most favorite restaurant ever! Not only do they have super clean restrooms, which you can't really say about a lot places, the workers there are really friendly and never seem to get your order wrong, unless you really didn't explain correctly. The rush hour is usually around 12 p.m. and last until about 1 p.m., but the workers make an effort to still deliver your food to your table and on top of that they'll ask you if you need anything else. Not only that, they always keep a smile, ask around if you need anything, such as a refill and bring it back, clean up after you, and don't show their emotions even if they're having a bad.
