Food was horrible and the service was slow. The employees acted as if it was their first day on the job. We ordered chicken biscuits.

They sold me a breakfast chicken sandwich without chicken, and didn't seem to believe me when I showed the sandwich intact and uneaten. I asked if he would like to see the order and he said sure. After all that they still seem hesitant to offer me just chicken so I can actually eat the meal I paid for. This is the worst chick fila service wise I've ever been to out of four states. I stopped at this Chick fil A. There were only a few people in line, but they had only one cashier which made the process super slow. I have never been to a Chick fil A that was so incredibly slow. I will say the fries I ordered came out quickly, but the frosted lemonade took about 5 minutes to get. My fast food took about 20 minutes altogether smh. SN: the staff was friendly, but they need more help up front. read more

Came to this location today waited on line for about 5 minutes got to the window and placed our order. I ordered Large fries Spicy southwest based salad with no cheese! Iced vanilla coffee Large 1/2 & 1/2 Almost ordered a fruit cup but changed my mind since I already got one from somewhere else. We drove up to the window and the lady was telling us another order we told her our name like usual and she couldn't find our order I mean at all!!!!! We had to order all over again from scratch so miler frustrating but the young lady at the window was nice and pleasant however whomever took our order never put it through! Not cool! read more

Overall this spot was decent, but nothing special for a chick fil a in my opinion. The food was good per usual but the customer service was a bit lacking. The worker kept asking us to repeat our order over and over as it seemed she kept getting it incorrect which was slightly irritating. Eventually though they seemed to get it down. We took our order back home to eat and noticed a fry was missing and they added pickles when they shouldn't have, but it wasn't worth the trip back. Overall the food was decent as mentioned previously but the customer service experience wasn't as positive as I have come to expect from chick fil a, but maybe we just caught the worker on a bad day. read more

Wish they had burgers (which yeah I know they do chicken sandwiches but meh). Food is great quality though I do feel a bit on the pricey side, so I do think they should lower them a bit. They got the best chicken sandwiches of any fast-food place in Cambridge, service is really nice, and the atmosphere is always welcoming. I wish they would be open on sundays but they are a Christian company so I do understand that perspective. Solid Chick food; would have had four stars if the restroom was open! We did the drive-through and ate outside but then wanted to throw away our bags and use the restroom before continuing our journey, but the interior is completely closed to the public. The food was good as usual when Chick-Fil-A first opened at the Cambridge location. I've only been a few times but tonight was the first bad experience. The food was not freshly cooked which I've never experienced at ANY Chick-Fil-A. It tasted like it had been sitting there for a while under the warming light and the fries where overcooked. How can you mess up chicken strips and fries? It was so bad that I can no longer patronize this location. I do not waste my money purchasing bad food. I have been to this location a lot since it's opening. I know many employees and many customers. Overall, the employees are wonderful. However, I can not say the same for the leads and management. They speak cruelly and make point to humiliate employees in front of customers and other employees which is highly unprofessional. Some serious change is needed as they not only reflect poorly on the Cambridge location, but on the whole franchise. read more

Other than the Drive-through being an absolute disaster, the food and service is good! Sometimes the wait has been a little long but it is only the first month of opening. Possibly there should be an area for cars to wait if their food is taking longer like McDonald's has? read more

Curb side pick up and my market salad had a time stamp on it indicating it was prepared yesterday and not to serve after 11:21. I wasn't sure after seeing that and opened the salad - I wouldn't make a deal if it looked fine. The strawberries had already begun to turn and the lettuce was wilting so I asked if I could have a fresher salad (and a fork) please. The manager came out with a new salad and told me that he looked at the salad and nothing was wilted. He wanted to let me know there is red cabbage in it. Please don't tell a customer your day old salad which was in fact beyond the serve by date and time stamp sticker was fine. The website even advertises the market salads are made fresh daily. There was no "red cabbage" in my salad. Was not expecting this commentary on my request at a Chic Fil A. read more

Very disappointed. We get here in Cambridge about 2 times a week since they opened. And every single time.... they have messed up the order. I know they try to make it right ! But with that being said we only get 30 minutes for lunch. The first time we ordered the regular chicken deluxe and we received the spicy chicken and had to take it back. The last 3 times we have asked for sweet tea and we get unsweetened. I'm done I won't be going back read more
