I'm going to start out by saying I absolutely love chick fil a.....usually. I could eat it everyday of my life and still love it. This location, however, is a different story. I don't know what the difference is or if I just came on a bad day, but the chicken had a very odd flavor and texture. The breading was different somehow and not seasoned at all. This is, hands down, the most efficiently run chick-fil-a I've been to ever. The staff is friendly and they get your food to you quick. It's usually busy, but there isn't more than a 5 minute wait for anything. Food has been consistently fresh every time we've been. Chicken Mini's are so sinfully good. It's so simple just a chicken nuggets on mini biscuits but delicious. I usually add honey to them. I stopped by this location early morning and pulled through the drive through. Very quick and efficient service. read more

I went to this Chick-fil-A this morning for breakfast. However, by the time I placed my order, breakfast was over. The cashier had already placed my order and just when I was about to pay, a lady came over who I assumed was a manager told the cashier that we couldn't get our order because breakfast was order. So we decided to order from the regular menu. We ordered chicken nuggets and lemonade. The nuggets tasted retried as if they had been sitting for a while and to well done. The lemonade was watered down to the point where I could taste the chlorine from the water. The service was bland and the food was substandard. I've never experienced this service from any Chick-fil-A restaurant. I tried calling there to complain but no one is answering the phone. I live a few blocks up the road and anytime I think of Chick-fil-a I think of the packed drive thru. Today, I was given a Grilled Chicken salad for lunch and it was heaven so I stopped by to get one for dinner.... after my workout of course. I'd worked out and was starving so I went inside. Isaac was behind the register and let me tell you he was the most professional person I've ever experienced behind a counter. I was looking for a tip jar so I could leave him my change. I didn't have to wait long, at all, for my food but as I waited I asked the young lady about the table markers (I thought they were some sort of nuvo-cups). She was soooo nice in explaining. Afterwards, she made sure I didn't have any more questions. This service was so different from what I'm accustomed to at the Burger King, on the same lot, where everyone is looking around like you might come out better jumping behind the counter and picking up your own order. When I got home the salad was just as good as it was earlier but it seemed to taste just that much better because the service was so astounding. FYI, I know it's hard to tell but I don't know Isaac outside of this experience. Make this kid a manager! read more

Hello, I went though the drive thru on 11/18/19, and when I received my food it was cold and looked like it was sitting for a long period of time. I noticed it when I got back to work I called Chic fil a and spoke to a manager by the name of William, I told him about my food and he stated he was sorry and that he would come get the food. I advised him that I work at social security and he would not be able to come on the campus where I work. I was VERY upset waiting in the line and come back to work with old cold food!!! I will NOT be returning to that chic fil a again!!! read more

First time at Chick-Fil-A. I've ways wanted to try and I did. I'm pretty sure every selection is bad for you but I went with the spicy chicken deluxe. Very good and pretty spicy. Make sure you can handle the heat. I'm more of a traditional cut fries person but they serve waffle fries. Very good though. read more

I absolutely love this chic fila.. my son and I go here every Friday for dinner, an a lot of mornings for breakfast. Everyone is very nice , I also had a chance to meet the owner, he was outside the drive thru window helping out.. This place is super racist. I have a Muslim sounding name, ordered a spicy Jack for takeout and almost ten people who came after me were served before. I couldn't believe it. I asked the server what took so long and he just shrugged it off. A quick Google search and it's clear that this a racist organization against LGBT, African Americans- you name it. Late night run to Chick-fil-A. Stopped by this location at 9:40pm on a Friday night. It seemed as if everyone had the same idea as us. The line for the drive thru was long, but both lanes we're open. We had brought our dog with us for the ride so we couldn't go inside even though they were still serving in the dining room. It took about 20mins to get through the line (ordered and received food). All of the staff were polite and very friendly. Even though they had a mad rush before closing they seemed very upbeat. When we made it to the checkout window our dog had his head out of the window smelling all of the goodness from the kitchen. The young lady at the window engaged us in light convo asking about our dog. Before we left she asked if we would like some treats for him. I was blown away, I knew some places have little things for your pup but I didn't know that Chick-fil-A did. We graciously took the treats and while we sat and ate instead of eyeing down our sandwiches he had his own food to occupy him, loved the treats and was looking for more. I have been a loyal customer of the Chick-fil-A on Baltimore National Pike in Catonsville, MD since its opening day. However, once again, I was the recipient of absolute poor customer service, lack of professionalism, and unacceptable rudeness from the manager or asst manager, Donte, and his counterpart, Sharon! After waiting in the drive thru for nearly 10 minutes, only to receive an incorrect order, when addressed, employees including the "leaders" were completely unprofessional, aggressive, unapologetic, and rude! This is the second issue with being served the incorrect order within the past 2 weeks. Last month, I had to return cold food! It is very obvious that over the course of years, the quality of this establishment has greatly decreased, and I will never return to be subjected to that type of treatment again! read more

Towards the end of my meal I looked down at my sandwich and I found a strand of hair. Once I discovered the hair I told an employee who brought the manager over to me .The manager/supervisor was in booth near where I was sitting talking to other employees. The manager came over and I told her what happened. She looked at my head, which was wrapped with a scarf, and she said with an attitude "What do you want me to do?" I asked her what is the policy for this type of situation. She again said with an attitude "I can get you a new sandwich or a coupon to use at another time. The fact that a hair was in my sandwich made me not want to eat at this location ever again. She gave me my coupon and said that nobody in her kitchen has black hair. As I walked out I saw multiple employees with black hair and I felt like she added that snarky remark to make it seem as it the hair was somehow mine. Even if my hair was out I am an African American female who has naturally coily hair and the hair in the food was black and straight. As I walked out I saw employees handling food without a hair net and that in itself is disgusting.Even during my meal inside the restaurant nobody checked on us like they usually do. Worst CFA experience I have ever had...certainly not the usual pleasant CFA culture you usually get. Used mobile ordering, waited in line more than 20 minutes for ONE item, saw tons of cars in front of me having to pull ahead because orders were wrong or not fulfilled. I finally get up to the window and am told there is no payment, yet my app and email show that it is set. Instead of being kind and patient, the lady at the window just says, "NOPE" and shakes her head no. Instead of offering to look more at it, the manager asks me to pull forward and try again. I explained that I've waited in line for a ridiculously long time and do not want to pull ahead and wait even longer. Sadly, I don't have another form of payment and I also don't wanna leave the window for them to forget about me, do something to my food or mess up my order like they have apparently been doing the whole time I have been there.They assure me that the food is already made and they will bring it out to me as soon as my payment goes through. I felt like they were trying to rush me through the line just to get to the next customer without hearing me out. I was not trying to get a free item; I just wanted them to take a look at my app to see that it showed paid on my end. They refused to do so and when I asked for the manager's name and number. I was told then that they don't have business cards to which I said was fine, I would settle for a name and number. The manager then told me he was going to call the police and walked away. 5 employees shook their heads no at me when I asked for his name with one finally giving me a name and number (not sure if it is even the correct name and number but I plan on finding out with customer service tomorrow). This place is an absolute zoo and needs better trained employees to handle the volume of people coming in-and-out. I have never been treated so disrespectfully at one of these franchise locations. I definitely DO NOT RECOMMENDING patronizing this location. read more

Staff are very friendly and food is Always good. The disadvantages to this restaurant is that the drive thru is ALWAYS LONG and you will find yourself in the car waiting at least 30 mins to get your food. You might as well go inside. they can be a bit stingy with the Polynesian sauce when you ask. read more

i just can't go here any more. and it's not about them being rude or anything. in fact, they have been pretty pleasant. but i have had way too many orders messed up, and they have so many different policies that it's worth a 20 min drive to the one in ellicott city for me. my tea always tasted funny if i get it at the drive through. kinda like they started pouring sweet and then dumped it without getting a new cup. and then i have to get out to go get it fixed. i've had several times where i've asked to have items removed from a sandwich, such as pickles. but the they didn't. it might be easy to remove, but still, even the burger king nearby gets it right more often than they do. it's like they aren't even trying. i guess between rush times they just sort of slack off. who knows. read more
