Trip Checklist Continues... First it was Spicy Chicken Sandwich, then Original Chicken Sandwich the next day and then some Chicken Strips another day, all with sweet tea. I'm actually thankful that there isn't a real southern Chick-fil-A experience in the city. Law'd knows if there was I would never be able to comfortably eat a vegetable again. Why would I want to? It would only be a diet of Fried chicken w/pickles, waffle fries, Polynesian sauce & sweet tea for life. Shameful yes I know but hey at least I'm honest. That's how I know I could never relocate to the south as long as Chick-Fil-A exist. Lol. Using the Chick-fil-A One App is making the addiction worst. Enticing me to keep coming back with free treats. Sadly to say I will be better off when I'm trip ends, I'm going to need Chick-fil-A detox. Smh. read more

Don't come here unless you want rude customer service. I've been here twice unfortunately and both times the employees were just rude . The first time someone ordered a take out for me and when I went inside to get it the man acted like I was stupid for not knowing where my order was . I don't come here like that and honestly it's because I think chick fil la is overrated. Second time I stopped in because it was closest to me , I thought maybe it was just a mistake but no. the lady at the window asked what kind of sauce I wanted and while I was taking a moment to think she was Rudely gesturing for me to hurry it up with her hands when I looked up. Not wasting my time here again . As I said before. Overrated. If I wanted poor service I'd go to McDonald's. read more

Absolutely ridiculous. If you're visiting East Columbia and looking for the foods you love, keep on driving. It doesn't matter WHAT spot you want to swing by and pick up your comfort food from, you will be in a 30 minute minimum drive through line. This is the FIRST Chic-Fil-A that can't seem to manage. Doesn't matter what time of day or night. Good luck. read more

This place gives CFA a bad name. The girl doing our drive thru order was interrupted by her manager. We sat there while they talked about her break. She then doesn't scan our rewards for our $43 order. Then we get to the window and the girl acts like a robot. We get our food and it's stuffed into a bag so it's hard to tell if everything is in there. Get all the way home and our kids meal is missing and no sauce for the sandwiches. I had to drive all the way back and not even an apology. Ridiculous. For the price of an expensive restaurant please include the actual food! read more

So just a chicken sandwich delivered from here. Opened it up and it was so small that I decided to weigh the chicken. 2 oz!! It looked like a thin pounded out cutlet that had been cut into several pieces. I know that this is not the norm I also know that I will be avoiding this particular location. If chick-fil-a corporation does quality checks then this location should be at the top of their list read more

I come here often because it's right by the house. I have never had worse customer service at a Chick-fil-A before. Each time I find it's the same lady who takes my order and if I order more than one item she's always like "really? You want another?" I've let it go but today when I went to order a second drink she literally laughed and said "and a coffee??" I can also hear her talking to other employees laughing. So I asked "well is that ok with you?" I will not put up that and. Learn some manners. I thought Chick-fil-A workers were held to a higher standard than laughing in customers faces but clearly not read more

If I can give no stars I would. I always come here and get the cool wrap meal without chicken because I don't eat meat. But tonight I was told that they couldn't do it because it is premade. I've been coming to this Chick-fil-A more than twice a week for over a year now, and I see it is rapidly going downhill. The last few times I've gone to this location, I've been getting rude people taking my order. I guess "my pleasure " is no longer a phrase they use anymore. Today took the cake when I pulled into the drive-through and I was met with the worst attitude from the young lady taking my order. I thought she had a personal issue with me from the way she spoke. People have bad days, and if I hadn't been regularly getting bad service there lately, I wouldn't have said anything about it. I'm starting to feel like I'm at McDonald's. I'll be going to another Chick-fil-A location in the future (probably tomorrow). read more

Generally this chick-fil-a is fine, hence the 4 start rating but it was terrible today around 7:50 pm. Not sure what system was being used to take orders but at least 7 cars that pulled up behind me, had their orders taken. Not the end of the world just annoying to have my time wasted. If I wanted to wait to eat I wouldn't go to a fast food restaurant. Not sure what's going on. It's been busier and ran more efficient than this. Disappointed, but I understand. Maybe new trainees. Hopefully this will pass. read more

I have never been to a bad Chick-Fil-A until this location. The SLOWEST line ever. No one is ever outside to keep things running smoothly. Parking lot is also set up horribly. It's worth the drive to go to any other Chick-Fil-A. I recommend the one off of Killian Road. read more

Whole meal was a waste. Ordered 3pc strips meal with a bun and frosted lemonade. Fries were luke warm and I was given nuggets instead of strips I ordered. Just wanted some hot fries really, whole meal went to trash. read more

They made some interesting decision in this place like taking the picky consumers ability to fuss over their food away and having a well stocked condiment bar and regulating your soda intake by making you beg for more like oliver. read more

Parking lot is set up in an awful way. If you go inside you get trapped by the cars at the drive threw. If you are in line for the drive threw you get trapped by people trying to get out. Not worth it! read more
