Good food it's fresh. Sometimes the service is good but not always. But the food is usually good.

The two notch location used to be pleasant but now the manager Dan is gone and they have two female managers that aren't customer friendly. The Manager Katie is the worst with a horrible bedside manner and energy that is extremely dry and standoffish. The other manager is no better. They definitely act as though they hate their job. I normally get dressing on top of my bowl and two dressings on the side and never been charged extra. Katie charged me and argued with me in front of customers when I tried explaining that they've never charged me before. Then when I looked in my bag she hadn't put the extra in the bag. I don't mind paying if that's the policy but this store is making its own rules it's the only store charging for 2 sides of dressings. It's the rudeness, unprofessional and bad energy that's done it for me. I'm so uncomfortable going to this location now that I won't go back again. I'd rather drive 30min to one of the other locations where they're always smiling, make you feel good about coming in and treat customers like they matter. read more

Great "build it yourself " bowls and pita combos. Wide variety of greens, veggies, mix ins and toppings. Better than expected taste that is healthy for you. A bit pricey but worth the extra money. Quick processing through the assembly line and ample portions of each ingredient. Nice, clean modern eat in areas with an excellent variety of beverages, both fountain and bottled drinks. Well lighted and airy, not too loud when we visited, a bit quieter than usual. I had the chicken bowl with power greens and my partner had the lamb meatball bowl with arugula, both were excellent and fresh. This place reminds me of a Chipotle on steroids. I like Cava, I frequent the restaurant couple times a week. The service is generally good unless you run into a server being extra skimpy on portions. However, the more I go to not only this establishment but others in different states. I find the serving line a mess. Bits of food slung everywhere. Looks very unhealthy and sickening. We went here for lunch yesterday. My wife had an avocado bowl and I had a spicy chicken/avocado pita wrap. She had a water and I had a soft drink. It was our first time here so we weren't sure what to order and I had them put everyting on the wrap, as did my wife. She had the hot sauce on the side and didn't add it. I had them put it on my wrap. The wrap was loaded full and actually came out of the bottom of it and fell into the wrapper as I was eating it. I didn't care for the sauce. We could've split the bowl, or the wrap, as there was a lot of food. We just weren't impressed with the sandwich or bowl. We generally like most types of food but this one didn't do it for us. Cava is a great spot for a healthy and delicious meal! I've always enjoyed their fresh and flavorful ingredients. The ability to customize your bowl or salad exactly how you want it is a huge plus. What makes Cava even better is their military discount - a nice way to show appreciation for those who have served. And let me tell you, the harissa sauce with the meatballs is an absolute must-try. I ordered the harissa avocado bowl. I opted for brown rice instead of the saffron rice. I added fiery broccoli, double Persian cucumbers, and cabbage slaw--and avocado of course!. I got the yogurt dill and crazy feta on the side. Now I'm no longer a fan of feta cheese but it the crazy feta is so so good. It taste like cream cheese mixed with sour cream with a spicy Kick (maybe jalapeño) ! The harissa chicken is really good as well, if you don't like spicy I would suggest not getting it. Everything was fresh and it was clean inside. I first got the pineapple apple mint drink and I did not like it at all. I then went for the classic lemonade. Definitely one of the best lemonades I've tasted. It reminds me of the lemonade sold at the fair. Lastly, the pita chips are good. They wee salty with a hint of sweetness... a light crunch on the outside but ultimately chewy. I would likely just order the bowl in the future. This place replaced Zoe's Kitchen, and the setup is like Chipotle but Mediterranean! You can get a grains bowl, salad, or pita. They have combinations assembled for you, or you can choose your own fillings based on the ingredients available. We got the sweet + spicy chicken pita, spicy chicken + avocado pita, pita chips, crazy feta dip, and harissa dip. Everything was scrumptious, but the star of the show was the pita chips! They were crunchy, chewy, and well seasoned. The dips were a nice touch. The crazy feta is whipped feta, jalepeno, onion, and olive oil. The pita's have interesting ingredients like pickled onions and balsamic date vinaigrette, and the tastes work together beautifully. Not sure when this location, opened, but the service was good. The guy making our order took $3 off my husband's pita because they had just run out of avocados. I was asked a substitute for romaine because it is in low supply. The atmosphere was nice and relaxed. Outdoor seating is available and the bathroom was clean. For the two of us to eat was $40. That included the drink, which was delicious. We had Blueberry Lavender and Lemonade, and there were some other unique drinks. Will return to try a grains bowl. Great option for healthy food. Vegetarian options available. read more

My first time trying them and let's just say I had to stop myself from getting out of control. I went 2 times in 3 days lol. I love the flavor profiles and the meat options. I will say the staff can do better at being consistently warming and inviting to the guest; especially first timers who don't know it works or what to order. You can do salad or rice bowls or pitas. They also have dips and sauces to choose from and you can choose up to 3 dips, which I really liked; for those who like multiple flavors. You also choose how ever many toppings you want. I did the chicken and rite rice bowl which is high fiber, high protein "rice" they create. The tzatziki dip is good and so is the roasted eggplant, and harissa which has some spice to it. The garlic sauce (dressing) is by far my favorite. I didn't try the pita chips yet so I'm looking forward to those when I return. My only gripe is it is EXPENSIVE. Two rice bowls were $27. So, if you don't mind, it don't matter but if you do mind, go on pay days lol. read more

Make sure to try out their bowls and pitas! I used to go to the one in Charlotte, NC quite a bit and really enjoyed their fresh Mediterranean food. I recommend trying the Harissa Honey chicken it has a little kick to it and the spicy lamb meatballs were pretty good too. I love how you can make a bowl with rice, veggies, and other amazing sides to it! Definitely ask for the schug sauce. The food here is quick and delicious. Try their lemonades / drinks that they make. The food can be a bit salty in my opinion and this location they do not fill the bowl all the way with the ingredients which I was a bit disappointed. The Charlotte location made sure your bowl was full to the brim. They did a great job in the interior to! Can't wait to bring all my friends here. I will definitely be back. read more

Ordered my food online for delivery via their local website at 7:18 with an estimated arrival of 8:18 per two confirmation emails. After it reached 10 minutes after the previously estimated arrival time with no updates I called for myself to see what the issue was with the order and the customer support states that they did not confirm the order which leaves me to believe they have a automatic confirmation system and staff who failed to check their system for orders. With this being the case I asked for some form of compensation and was told I was ineligible for that in spite of my order arriving 50 minutes past at 9:05 when I was confirmed for and having zero update. Had I not called myself I would've never gotten my food. Would like to emphasize this is all fault of the establishment and not of the delivery service. read more

Let me tell y'all something. This food is so damn good. I am sitting in the restaurant right now, and it is very similar to the one in Charlotte and I thought I had never eaten here before, but as soon as I tasted the food, I realized I had eaten at the one in Charlotte, and the food is just as good. I had the harissa avocado bowl, and the pita chips on the side with the pineapple, mint juice. I hope they continue with the quality of the service here and the quality of the food. got the chicken grain bowl and the chicken itself was covered in grizzle, not 1 piece was eatable. its unbelievable that that place like this sells food like that I would feed my dog. Amazing. It was expensive, but that was my fault cause I got expensive ingredients. My wrap was almost $17 and it was probably worth $25. The avocado created an up charge as well as the lamb meatball (totally worth it). If I would have had the standard ingredients, I would have pod about $10. This was absolutely the best wrap I've ever had, anywhere. I had the feta, tzaziki, skhug, pickles, coleslaw, pickled onions, lettuce...I don't know what else, but it was amazing. I will absolutely be a repeat customer. The manager was incredibly helpful when I had to add items to an order through the app and went above and beyond to make sure I had what I wanted.
