I went to this Chick Fil A to get my fiancée some lunch, since she lives in Hayden, Alabama and it's a halfway point to where we live. She hasn't been feeling well the past few days and I wanted to make sure she was able to eat. I didn't realize that this CFA had been under renovation for awhile and the grand re-opening was on November 2nd. So the line was backed up for a good distance. Luckily I was able to find a spot. I ordered my food from the app and within five minutes, my food was ready for me to pick up. I got the Honey Pepper Pimento Chicken Sandwich with mac n cheese and the fiancée got the Spicy Chicken Deluxe Sandwich Meal. Food was delicious and the service was quick. One thing I absolutely hate when we're traveling is stopping at a fast food restaurant for a quick meal for our kids, only to drive away and realize the order wasn't even complete. Yes, I know I should have checked the bag myself, but when you're trying to drive, manage crying kids, navigate an unfamiliar area, and get back on the road, you can only do so much. We've been on the road for 4 hours & have another 4 hours to reach our destination , so turning around isn't even an option. Instead, we have one child screaming because their meal is missing, and the other kids have to share their food because someone didn't take the extra few seconds to make sure the order was complete. Chick-fil-A is just really good at doing fast food. The employees were super friendly even offering me their strawberry frosted lemonade which isn't even on the menu when I ordered their regular one. I always go to chick-fil-a in Cullman because the employees are friendly and the food is good but a few weeks ago I went through the drive thru with my daughter and encountered the rudest employee I ever met. She was huffing and puffing and rolling her eyes when I was trying to order. I guess it made her mad because my Autistic little girl was trying to figure out what she wanted and the employee was getting impatient. I asked her nicely if she had a problem with us and she said I'm just going through a lot right now. I'm always nice to employees but this girl made me mad the way she was treating us and she made my daughter cry. I told her nicely that I'm sorry she going through a lot but that is no excuse to treat people like crap and that we all are going through things but we can't be rude to people because of it. I don't know if she still works there but I wanted to warn people about her. Her name is Taylor and she was the rudest employee I have ever encountered at a fast food places. Ok, so normally the Chick-Fil-A experience is quality food and above and beyond friendly customer service. The customer service is always on point, however, today the breakfast food quality was way below the normal standards expected from Chick-Fil-A. I ordered a breakfast bowl through the mobile app and what I got was a bowl that was about 1/3 full (see photo). For almost $4 at least fill the bowl half way up. I was very disappointed, as I always expect the best from Chick-Fil-A. The Cullman location is usually on top of things, especially to not have been very busy at the time. read more

Received food in the drive-thru today yet had to wait ten additional minutes to get out of the line because the workers refused to ask the car in front of me to pull in a parking spot while they waited on their extensive order. I could not get out from under the tent since I was in the inside lane. Manager finally came out and asked the car to move to relieve us from our hostage situation with moderately warm food. Worst experience I've ever had at a Chick-fil-a. Highly disappointed. read more

I was dining there with my daughter and she wanted more food so I gave her money to go order more and the worker Sawyer was so rude to her she came back to me crying. How disrespectful do you have to be to make a child cry like that? I then went up to him asking why he made her cry like that and he responded "my bad, what do you want?". This is by far the best Chick-Fil-A in which I have ever eaten. It's common for CFA staff to be kind and friendly, but these employees take it to a whole new level. They always make sure that you have everything you need, and they truly do mean it when they says it's their pleasure to serve you. The food is scrumptious, of course--it's CFA after all! They even have mouth wash in the bathroom waiting for you for after your meal (It sounds a little weird, but once you see it you won't think so)! They really are the greatest.
