I don't typically go to fast food places, and when I do I rarely go to Chick-fil-A mainly because there isn't one near where I live. I do travel a lot though for my job so I have the opportunity today. Stopped in mainly because I want to try the Polynesian sauce. I buy the regular barbecue sauce by the bottle at my local grocery store however I've never had the Polynesian and they have it at the same store so I figure a couple little packets to make sure I like it. Place was nice and clean, the men's room was out of paper towels however I told the guy behind the counter and he immediately went back there and fixed it so that's a good thing. I was there at 10:00 in the morning, and I didn't have any idea that they actually serve breakfast at Chick-fil-A. I get up at 1:00 in the morning so at 10:00 a.m. I'm ready for lunch anyways, so I ordered a chicken sandwich. Wasn't until they actually had it made for me before I realized, when I saw the sign, that they serve breakfast until 10:30. I'm bringing this up because I have been at a McDonald's for example in the past and tried to order a fish fillet at 9:30 a.m. while breakfast was still going on and they wouldn't do it. I don't know if that is still a thing or not however chick-fil-A apparently it isn't because I was able to score lunch during the breakfast hours. Of course not knowing that they actually serve breakfast I have to go back now and try a couple sandwiches. But anyway overall a good experience, I didn't read any other reviews on this particular location to figure out why they've only got less than three stars however as far as I'm concerned everything was good. This chick fil a definitely upped its game, I went here the other day after not coming for awhile because they messed up my order last time so I stick to the other one but I got great service and the food was so good, the chicken nuggets were the perfect amount of crispy, my Mac n cheese was good, and my hi-c was very refreshing. When the health inspection comes he pretends to fix everything and makes it seem as if the restaurant is well-kept and clean, however, on a daily basis those tasks are not done. The pictures I posted are that of a pallet of buns infested with rat droppings(pest control). Jocelyn, his right hand on command does everything he tells her to do to keep everything under the wraps. He also commits nepotism with the promotion and hiring of his children within the establishment. There are so many things wrong with that place. Chick-fil-A is one of our go to spots if we are on the road and want a quick bite. We find that you always know what to expect at a Chick-fil-A, and this location did not disappoint. The chicken sandwich I ordered was hot, juicy, crispy on the outside and much enjoyed. The fries were hot and crispy. My husband enjoyed his deluxe as well. The problem is I was so hungry, and it looked so good I never got a chance to take a picture! This location was carry out only, which was a bit of a disappointment. I certainly didn't and wouldn't deduct stars for that as I'm sure it is related to the pandemic and out of their control, but I would have liked to be able to sit and eat. This location seemed to have a large and nice seating area when things do open up more. Staff was friendly and masked. Social distancing and masking among guests was followed. Wow, talk about a huge disappointment. Last Friday was my first time going to Chick-fil-A, I avoided the opening of the restaurant because of how long the lines were. Everyone raves about the chicken sandwiches and I couldn't imagine how a place could draw so many people over a chicken sandwich, So Friday I broke down on my way from the dentist and said let's go to Chick-fil-A. First things first, because of the pandemic everybody's outside taking your order and moving you through the system. The staff was friendly and took the time to educate me on the menu, being my first time there it really helps. They also greeted me at the end with my order, a smile, and thank you for coming. So from that standpoint I found the customer service to be good. I took my chicken sandwich and fries home to enjoy what everybody else has been raving about. To my disappointment the chicken sandwich was just okay. I don't think that it's anything extraordinary, and I'm sure it could be a lot better if when building it they did it with some work ethic or a little patience. The pickles were stacked one on top of the other and they were put right in the center of the bun, so unless you got the bite right in the center you didn't get any pickle The chicken was crispy and the highlight. My tomato slice was one that should have been tossed and not used in preparation of the sandwiche. It obviously was an end slice with the big green hard hunk of a stem in the center of the tomato slice. Very unappealing and the lettuce wasn't as fresh as it should have been and could have been caught when they were putting my sandwich together and swapped out, I would have been much happier The last thing is that the fries. I've been hearing all the talk since the place opened about how great the fries were. I didn't find mine to be of the quality that I was expecting. They weren't very crispy at all. Alright. I caved to the peer pressure and decided to come here because why not, I love chicken. As imagined, the place is absolutely packed, and constantly crawling with people. I don't know how the workers do it. We decided to park across the street at the mall and then walk over--best decision we could've made. We ordered our food on the mobile app, and there is a little corner of the restaurant specifically designated for mobile orders. You walk over, give them your name, and they give you your order. Pretty simple. I did like how on the app, it tells you to click a button when you arrive, so your order can be made fresh. I got the spicy sandwich meal. The chicken was very finely seasoned, although I now wish I got tenders instead of a sandwich so that I could fully appreciate the flavor of the chicken. The flavor of the chicken was definitely overshadowed by the rest of the sandwich, which isn't technically a bad thing, but if you really want to taste how the chicken is truly different, I'd get some tenders. Waffle fries were also pretty good. I got iced tea lemonade, which was very sweet and authentic. The sandwich was pretty good. I love CFA, the food is always good and the servers are always so polite and helpful even when I'm a giant emotional mess! I lived in the south for many years so when the homesickness hits I always stop by and it always helps. Plus if you frequent get the CFA app because the rewards program is actually worth it, I visited maybe 5-6 times before getting enough rewards for a full meal (entree, side, and drink). It's opening week for Chick-fil-A in Rochester and knowing how much of a fanatic I am, my girlfriend semi-surprised me by bringing us here for lunch. Expecting a full blown circus on W. Ridge Road, I was somewhat hesitant to go, but accepted the challenge (and not so secret excitement) of visiting Chick-fil-A on opening day. Surprisingly, the restaurant environment was not chaotic at all. Sure it was busy, but they were well-prepared with plentiful staff, fast kitchen output and well-organized with police directing traffic. Chick-fil-A may be a bit overhyped (just like In-N-Out), but they are certainly my favorite fast food chain. Having lived in Georgia for 8 years, I may be biased, but I think they have the best fast food fried chicken sandwich. Their waffle fries with Polynesian sauce is another must. Service was super friendly for a fast food chain. It's one of the big reasons why I'm a fan of Chick-fil-A (politics aside). I really feel it's "elevated" fast food in terms of service and catering to the customer. I'm glad Chick-fil-A is finally in town. I no longer need to have friends Fed Ex me sandwiches (it happened once - true story). I'm also impressed at how they handled their opening day/week. read more

Finally got the chance to eat here! It did not disappoint! We were able to find a parking spot and go inside. It is beautiful on the inside, and the staff is so friendly and answered all of my questions. I liked that they give you a number so you can go sit down, and someone runs the food to you. I 100% love LOVE Chick-fil-A Waffle Fries - they are the perfect mix of crisp and soft fluffy potato and dipped in Honey Mustard - they are divine! I also am a big fan of their sweet tea - perfect on a hot day or as a mid afternoon pick me up. A Chick-fil-a opened up in Albany inside an airport around the corner from my house, but you can't get to it without a plane ticket. So, when I heard that one opened in Greece (and around the corner from where I used to live) I knew I had to go the next time I was in town. Despite three or four weeks being open, the crowds still seem to be heavy. The parking lot is a train wreck with people illegally parking, one way driving sections, and a two-lane drive through that blocks one entrance when it backs up. I don't know if the problem will resolve itself once the popularity dies down, but I chose to eat in and counted myself lucky to find a spot. At lunch time the line went out the door, but within 11 minutes I was at my table after ordering and within 14 minutes I had my food. I ordered the "Spicy deluxe" meal and was a bit dismayed. It was excellent, but I interpreted "spicy" to mean "hot" and it wasn't. It had a lot of cumin in the seasoning and it was good, but there was no heat to it. The lettuce and tomato were fresh, but they made the sandwich start to fall apart. Next time, I will just order the original sandwich. The waffle fries were also good, but not crisp... which is hard to do with so much potato. I like my fries dark (I assume most people don't) and these were more like oven baked waffle fries. This new location in Greece is still extremely popular and when we arrived there was almost no parking left and a drive thru line 20+ cars long, with the inside line wrapping to almost the back of the store. We weren't starving or in a huge rush and were willing to wait to give my bf his first try of this famous chain. To our surprise the line moved fairly quickly, something like 15 minutes, and to put even greater surprise we got our food (ordered "to stay") in under 5! The service was friendly and fast. I ordered the deluxe sandwich combo and my boy got the nugget combo. Both of us were satisfied, and the breast on my sandwich was huge and juicy. This place is HORRIBLE!! Avoid at all costs! I've been sick since Monday..went to the ER this afternoon and was discharged this evening. I decided to stop here to get a bowl of the chicken noodle soup! Which the other location in Henrietta messed up my chicken soup order back in June where they sent me home with NO CHICKEN in neither soup! Fast forward to tonight, I arrived at this location in Greece and decided to give it another chance. Ordered a bowl of chicken noodle soup, which cost over $7.00...I get home, opened the soup first off the bowl I paid for was half filled!! They did not even fill it to the top, and guess what!???? The only thing in the soup were carrots and celery!! There were only 3 noodles and 2 small flat pieces of chicken for the ENTIRE soup!!!! I called back to complain, the manager goes " would you like to come back out to get another one"? I said absolutely not I'm sick, he says " ok I'll put you down for another soup just come within a week to get it" like WTF!?? I've been eating chick-filA for YEARS in other states and cities and for you guys to franchise it up here BOTH locations SUCK, the food is trash, it doesn't taste the same at all! Having briefly lived in the Atlanta area, this location definitely brings a familiar feeling. Chicken sandwich and nuggets don't have the processed feel of other locations (therefore priced slightly higher) Location was very hectic upon opening, still busy but not overcrowded a couple years later. Parking lot is tight and not the best layout sharing with drive thru traffic when busy. Otherwise, most staff is friendly and is their pleasure. So, of course the food is da bomb!!! I've had waffle fries, chicken sandwiches, and chicken nuggets and they are just the best tasting of any fast food...in my opinion. They have a TON of sauces to choose from, but the Chic Fil-A sauce is my favorite. It tastes like a combo BBQ/honey mustard to me. I love the food, but I also have guilt when eating it because they're not LGBTQ friendly. This makes me sad. I eat it once in a while though. My co-worker ordered from the mobile app today. The way it works is, you put your order on the app, it tracks where you are and the restaurant starts making your food so when you get there, it's ready on time. Not so much! We got there and not only was the food not ready, but one would acknowledge my friend! Nearly 10 minutes later she came out the door with our food. I'd say they have some work to do on timing. I was trying to be good so I got their Spicy Southwest Salad. It was very good! It had beans, tortilla straws, and other veggies along with tender, delicious grilled chicken.
