Quick and convenient, even with both lanes packed with people/cars. The staff were all extremely friendly, just wish there was a closer QR code or menu available closer to the start of the line, since it's expected you'll know what you want by the time the staff member walks up to your car. With it being my first time going here I wasn't sure what to order but tried the classic sandwich and a Harvest salad with chopped nuggets. The sandwich was pretty standard but the chicken tasted fresh, crispy and not like any I've ever had- and that's in a good way. The salad was pretty basic, and a little disappointing...wish it had included more fruit and chicken. Not much in comparison to cost. Overall, not a bad meal! read more

I've been to this one a number of times for their drive through and tried the sit down experience once on 8/17/24 around 7 pm. In a nutshell: STICK TO THE DRIVE THROUGH. Their food is up to par with what you would expect from a Chick-fil-A, but the service is a far cry from the era when Chick-fil-A was a rarity and you could tell that the people there really took pride in what they did. Been a while since I've been to any Chick-fil-A, so not sure if this is just "Jefferson Road Syndrome" or more of a global trend with Chick-fil-A in general. Anyway, I get in the store, I order a chicken sandwich, nuggets, and a chocolate milk shake and tell the cashiers name and that I'll be dining in. I sit down and notice that all the flowers are these tacky plastic ones instead of the real ones. First time I've ever seen that at a Chick-fil-A, but no big deal. Maybe management decided to cut costs with inflation or something. Then someone comes with two milk shakes and asks if I'm [wrong name]. I say no, he walks off, and then someone else brings me a bag of my food instead of a tray (no biggie) and then tries to take my marker away. Um, no, I'm still waiting on my chocolate milkshake. I start eating, and when I get halfway through eating I approach the front counter. They tell me "we're just really backed up" so I go back to my table. The restaurant was pretty packed, so whatever. Then some comes again and asks to take my market away, same thing, she then comes back saying that the milkshake had been waiting up there for me. Umm, ok. Then I start drinking it and it's not chocolate. I go back up, I say it isn't chocolate, the cashier takes it, walks to the side where I can't see her, she comes back with it and says "It IS chocolate." I consider dumping it on the floor and making a scene (DOES THIS LOOK LIKE CHOCOLATE TO YOU?!) but just save it for Yelp, which I actually haven't been on for quite a while. General vibe of the place: disorganized, no pride, and hiring from the bottom of the barrel. Wanted to give this place 1 star, but to be fair the food wasn't bad. I will say this, I don't like their politics and in all honesty I should have not gone in but sometimes you just want Chick-FIL-A and this is not something we get on the regular. Before I knew about them I had them a lot when we lived in the South. It was a different thing and regional only. Now you can find them pretty much all over. You pretty much know unless you order something ridiculous you will get hot, fresh food. It let's be frank one thing will be hot and everything else lukewarm. The inside is light and bright but it's madness. You are not sure if you order at the counter or with the person with the pad. Guess what the drive thru is busy, really busy, like all the time (as we've driven by the area and saw this place..busy) Sandwiches and nuggets are good and salads too. The seasonal milkshakes are actually very tasty. But, if you get a table it might be a mess we saw someone and asked if we could have something to clean it up, but they did it. I have a feeling they have enough staff but they are doubling up. They are hustling and although the "My Pleasure" that they usually say seems to be a moot point. Think this Henrietta handled opening better than the Greece location. A part of the reason might be the physical space. I think the parking lot is significantly bigger than the Greece location and they can handle the immense traffic better. Don't get me wrong, the drive thru lines are still long, but you can still find a parking spot outside the restaurant and Jefferson Road doesn't seem too backed up. I've also found that the food comes out surprisingly quickly given how busy they are. While I found the Greece location to be particularly oily (buns, containers). I haven't found that to be the case in Henrietta, which is a good thing. read more

Greeted when walking in door, cashier very friendly and courteous, fast service. I sometimes try to set appointments in the ares as to stop for breakfast, lately my few stops have been disappointing food seems like it's been sitting for a while before serving. This trip was no different from last few, soggy coating on chicken and biscuit falling apart because of this, lunch time has not stayed with the quality they started with either. All of a sudden we have been on a bit of a fast food binge, and also a bit of a quest for Chick-Fil-A. My husband just can't get enough of this place, so we seem to find the nearest one to us whenever we are out hiking. This location was only a few miles from our hike in Rochester so we stopped by for some dinner before heading home. This location was also carry out only with the effects of the pandemic still around us, which was again disappointing but is what it is. The place was hopping but masks and social distancing were still taking place. The food was good and consistent as always it seems with Chick-Fil-A. I got the spicy chicken sandwich and it had the perfect amount of kick with the tender and juicy chicken. The waffle fries are always a nice compliment and my husband got us a shake to share with hit the spot at the end. The only problem is I never manage to take a picture. You get what you expect in Chick-Fil-A and this was no exception, if you're in the area stop by and get a quick bite! read more

I drove by and saw this place was open, and pulled in on a whim. Apparently, that was a mistake.  They had 2 drive thru lines open,  and people walked up to take your order.  I hadn't even seen a menu yet.  I was going to look at it on my phone, but they came up to my car.  I'm vegetarian,  so I got the mac and cheese and French fries.  I had heard they had lots of sauces,  but I didn't know what they were.  The person named them all off to me, but it didn't really help without me seeing them, so I just got ranch. Boring, lol.  There were 2 lines and lots of people working, but it still took awhile.  It was probably 15 to 20 minutes, which isn't that bad, but from the street, it didn't look like it would take that long. I probably should have known better, but just be prepared. The mac and cheese was very meh. I've heard good things, but I didn't notice anything special about it.  It was ok, but nothing I'd go back for.  The fries were also very meh, which surprised me at a fast food place. Burger King fries are very good, and I can also be in and out of there in 5 minutes.  So,  I guess I don't know what all the hype is about. I don't eat meat, so I'm sure that helps, but people also rave about the mac and cheese.  And make sure you know what you want before you come here.  That's weird for fast food, but you probably won't be able to see the menu when you need to order.  I came here awhile ago, but I was in the plaza a few days ago, and it looks like they're still using the same system, and the line was definitely still there. This was a ridiculous experience. The 2 stars is only because they're offering covid safe procedures and the food taste is good. Everything else was a waste of time. First, I had a gift card, but no way to enter it into the web order, so I had to download the app. Then when I added the funds to the app, there was no way to apply them to my order. Fine. I'll just pay for it normally. Order placed, I drove the 20 min distance to pick up the food. And the app tracked where I was. So I assume that when I get there, it knows I'm in the drive thru line and there'd be a mobile order pick up line separate from the order at the window. Not the case. Process: You pull up, wait. Talk to a first person, wait. (I'm still not sure why they were there...). Pull up further, tell another person your name, who will ask for payment even though the app asked for your car make/model/color, and three minutes earlier you talked to a human. That person has also asked the three cars ahead of you their names. The car behind you will get their food and have to wait. Another 3 minutes. The guy will come back to confirm your name. You will get your food and have to wait for the car ahead of you to move. I sat in line for 10 minutes. My food was cold and my milkshakes starting to melt, and I still had a 20 minute drive home. I enjoy the chicken options, but Chic-fil-a is still "fast food" and entirely not worth my time. read more

Tonight was the 3rd time I tried it...3 strikes & OUT! The first time I had a chicken sandwich, it was way over cooked & flavorless. 2nd time just had nuggets which I love (usually) very over cooked. Tonight's meal was nuggets & shake, the shake was delish but the nuggets were terrible...tough & super over cooked. I am so happy Henrietta has a Chick-Fil-A! I went on opening day and I will admit I was nervous as to how the traffic would be. The staff assisted with the flow of traffic and actually made it a breeze. I think in total between getting in line and receiving my food it was 10-15 min. All the staff were very friendly and welcoming. I ordered the spicy deluxe meal with a cookies and cream milkshake - a must have! I've eaten at CFA's all around the country and never experience such poor service as I do in Henrietta. I think Mr. Chick Fil A stretched himself too thin in terms of spreading out in the Rochester area; customer service is not what Chick Fil A is known for (at least, at this location apparently). I ordered a chicken nugget meal, and actually kind of felt like I was at McDonald's. After ordering, I was begrudgingly informed of the total, tapped my card, and off I went to the end of the register to wait. I mean, for any other fast food location, this is normal, and I would be fine with this. But, I (and others, from what I read online), know Chick Fil A as this "super happy to see you", phenomenal customer-centered business. I feel like I am paying a premium for that in terms of prices, too. Guess not at this location! Anyways, food was subpar (nothing like the Chick Fil A's down south, particularly, Mount Pleasant SC). Although this location has been open for 6 months, it still hasn't hit its stride. Chick-fil-A usually runs as a well oiled machine dude to the high volumes they are required to serve, this location doesn't meet the mark yet. They get two stars for having consistently good food once ordered. The issues here come down to: 1.) Extremely long wait times - this has been the case no matter what option I choose. Short or long drive thru line takes forever (30+ min) to get through, order ahead requires standing inside uncomfortably with 100 other people and takes just as long. 2.) Poor process - drive thru has a different process everytime and is not efficient. Inside is chaotic and confusing, no clear process either that I can see. 3.) Stingy on sauces - I've never had to ask for a certain amount of sauces or mayo but here I do as you will get 1 of each everytime. This is never enough and just makes me have to ask for more. Always give at least 2 of everything If not 3. Workers are mostly friendly but still not the friendliest Chick-fil-A employees I've ever seen. This was my first visit to Chick-Fil-A in Henrietta. I found the food to be as good as the ones I've gone to down south while traveling. I am a fan of the Grilled Cool wrap with the garden herb ranch dressing. The grilled chicken they use is very tasty and not dry at all. The lettuce mix, which includes shredded cheeses too, was very fresh. The dressing is on the side so I just put some on with every bite. I also got the waffle fries which were also good but I'd like them a bit more crispy. I strongly recommend their lemonade too. Don't go during lunchtime either. They have 2 lines taking your drive thru order and I was surprised when I found they came to you in line, took your name and payment and walked back out with your food! I asked if we could tip and the very nice young man who waited on me said no tipping allowed. There had to be at least 12-15 cars in each lane in front of my place. We still got our order quite quickly. I can't give you a minute count but I wasn't even close to losing my patience! I recommend trying this Chick-Fil-A. Just a note. As expected, Chick-fil-A delivers on both the service department and fire department. It is definitely the best fast food restaurant for a Good chicken sandwich. This particular location has only been open for two days but it's already very very busy. The drive-through line essentially spells out to the street. I definitely recommend downloading the mobile app and ordering for in-store pick up. The overall process in store is very simple and straightforward, and it took me less than 10 minutes to get my order. Finally! Chick-Fil-A in Henrietta! My husband and I went through the drive thru on a Saturday night. The wait was about 40min start to finish, but we expected it. Once we ordered our food, the process was quick. There were servers taking payments and delivering food to the cars in line, which seemed to speed up the process significantly. Service was A+, the standard for Chick-Fil-A. I waited in anticipation for the moment those crispy waffle fries and that indescribably tasty Chick-Fil-A sauce hit my lips, and when the moment came, it did not disappoint! Staff at this location are under trained. Ordered a sandwich and shake via curbside. Staff member brought out my sandwich and said that their ice cream machine was not working. I asked her to refund the shake. Obviously, she didn't know what to do so she went back inside for a few minutes. She then came outside and said that her manager can't refund me outside. So I came inside and spoke to the person working the register. She was completely dumbfounded. I asked her to get her manager. As the manager was about to process my refund, I noticed a shake being taken outside by an employee. I said, "I thought your ice cream machine was down?" Turned out to be my shake.
