There is a big parking lot and there is a traffic light that will help up you get back on 85. The space is large, bright, and clean. There are plenty of people working here but there is some confusion about who is filling your plate, who is refilling the serving trays, and who you pay. The line went reasonably fast. We went at exactly noon on a Thursday. It was not too busy but at least 1/3 of the serving trays had little to no food remaining. I ordered the plate with Orange Chicken, Black Pepper Beef, and fried rice. We also had and egg roll and spring rolls. The egg roll was good but it was kinda doughy. The spring rolls were bland. The orange chicken was caused as you would expect in seen says that didn't have much orange flavor. The chicken was super dry as though it was either over fried or in the serving container a while. The black pepper beef was the only thing that tasted vaguely asian. The rice was OK but I doused it with soy sauce. Megan had the orange chicken over chow mein noodles. The noodles had some vegetables which was nice but also not much flavor. I watched the workers fill the serving trays right before scooping up the noodles but still they were cold. There is a big sign in the store advertising for workers that describes pay and benefits. For the area the pay and benefits seem pretty good so thanks Panda for being good to the workers! Our meals were only $30 total including drinks so that is reasonable if the food were more flavorful. I know a lot of people swear by Panda so if that is you then great, this location seems nice but maybe not for me. Some of the best chicken around I always pull in go inside and order over-the-counter rather than trying to use a stupid mobile app in depend on other networks to get my order into the team and out correctly. I am a sucker for Popeyes chicken I think it's some of the best so I came in here to get a chicken sandwich and a two piece with biscuit to go and met a very friendly staff, wasn't busy from the inside, although the drive-through was full I only waited less than five minutes for piping, hot chicken, fluffy biscuit, hot fries, happy camper. I can check the order before I leave the counter and if something is missing I simply tell them rather than writing a review that they're idiots, and before I leave the store I make sure I have every utensil or condiment I need. Then when I get home, I know I've got what I want and I'm not worried about the Christmas present opening and being surprised that something is missing. Double check your orders, go inside and order for the best surface anywhere you go and for me, it seems to work every time. Hot, fresh, really hit the spot!! good team. Highly recommend.
