Horrible customer service, uncooked food, forgot half my food had to go back and they had an attitude. never eat here. DISGUSTING...

Absolutely terrible service. I waited 45 minutes in the drive thru, they didn't even have my order on the screen. When I got to the pick-up window, the employee acted like serving me was a hassle. Even when I told them what I ordered, they still got it wrong, then acted like it was, once again, a hassle to do the job they get paid to do. Could not recommend this place less. Go anywhere else. 15+ employees working at one time you would think something would get done. Seriously, go ANYWHERE else. I would give negative stars if I could. read more

If i could give this place 0 stars and sue them, i would.... Im usually not the pickiest when it comes to food. But this is outrageous. First of all when i got there the doors were all greasy and dirty. Then the floor was more than slippery and full of food, probably the nastiest place ive been. Then all the kiosk closed which made customer service very slow. When we got to order i realized none of them had appropiete gear. None of them were wearing gloves or anti slip resistant shoes. The place was full of crumbs and the tables were dirty. NOT TO EVEN MENTION THE BATHROOMS. Every single table and seats wasnt cleaned. And to finish it off, there was a dead cockroach next to our table. They dont even have any cleaning staff. This is outrageous. read more

Waited a long time for my order and my DoorDash order. Night shift was rude and didn't even ask why I was there. Once I got my food they slammed my food down. And the inside of the restaurant was VERY DIRTY. NEVER WANT TO BE HERE. might as well for that McDonalds to shut down. read more

I've stopped here multiple times only to prevent starvation and I regret it every time. None of them employees care about their job or show any sense of urgency what so ever. This morning I went to eat breakfast to McDonald's, and I had a very bad experience with one of the workers. She is short and white and her face is like red and has a butterfly tattoo on one hand and more tattoos on the other. She was very rude and she treated us badly, she made me feel discriminated because I'm Hispanic. She yelled at me because I asked for ketchup, she also yelled at my sister when she asked for help. Slow and rude customer service. I had a mobile order but it didn't show up on their screen. So I went in to resolve, I was told they were out of Dr Pepper...so I said okay let me replace it with a large coke. No problem right? Well she is like it won't go through. That's why mobile order is stupid because we have no control. So I was like okay let me try to change it. So I switched it to a large coke. It still won't go through...she tells me oh we are out of large cups that's why. So we cancel my mobile order and I order at the counter. She gets impatient and asked well you don't want your medium drink? They forgot my iced coffee. Takes 3 more orders and fulfills it. I asked again and she is like hold on someone is making it. Well no one made it. The person working the coffee station is like I'm not making it you make it. So the lady attempts to make an iced vanilla latte...I'm just going to let the picture tell the story because I did not drink that. None of the staff had a mask one. Usually the food isn't as bad as it was tonight. My Big Mac bun was burnt. Fries were cold. Diet Coke was def not Diet Coke- tasted so bad I can't drink it. I have been here several times and the service is hit or miss, as are the wait times, and temperature of your food. But when it's right, it's good. Today was one of those days where the line was hardly moving and then I had to pull into a curbside parking spot to wait for my one entree. I began eating my burger while driving, only to notice when I was almost done that it was VERY undercooked. I'm disgusted and concerned about food-born illness. Had lunch here today. They were very busy and I used the online order. I expected my cafe drink to be watered down from sitting on the counter but despite the understandable wait (maybe 7 minutes?) All my food was fresh. That's a lot more than I'd expect from ANY McDonald's so as far as I'm concerned this was a 5 star experience today. read more

Everyone one that works night shift should be fired. I come frequently and all the employees are usually outside smoking with a line waiting to order, but they wouldnt know that because everyone usually pulls off before they realize it. If by some chance they are working, it takes forever to get your wrong order. This establishment states they are 24 hrs ! They leave the sign off and put the red cones to block off the vehicles from going through, and they're always rude !! There are plenty of wearhouse and other company's that have employees come in and work grave yard and some like mine, have to clock in at 5 am. " a cup of Joe " or " iced coffee " from Mc D's id just what we need to get out morning started. This morning. They happen to have one drive thru open. I hope the owners check the reviews and see what poor service their staff provides at the drive thru. Last night, the fries were put in the bag upside down and no napkins were provided. My burger had onions even though I requested no onions. The food was just as terrible as the service. Stale and tasteless. I live nearby and won't be going there again.
