The food is still good here. The issue is the abysmal service. Completely inefficient. It's difficult to find someone who works here who is over 21 years old and has a modicum of maturity as well. I have been here many times--it's always the same. I placed an online order for pickup today. I placed the order an hour and a half ahead to be picked up at a specific time. No surprise, it was not only not ready when I arrive on time-i waited about 20 minutes after I arrived. Had I not paid online-I would have just left. Young lady behind the counter (obviously a high school student) spent more time being dramatic and yelling at the other employees (for various reasons) in front of the customers. We ordered Wings & Things. The wings were very small and nearly hard. Very disappointing quality for the cost (about $13). This is really not a good value for basically 4 tough wings and 2-3 small chicken fingers. The fries and the ice were still very good. read more

Within our first trip to Georgia, we needed to experience some fried chicken sandwiches last week. We have Chick-fil-A's up north, but a Zaxby's? Now what's that?! We stopped in for a late afternoon quick bite. We had dinner plans later that evening so we didn't want to go overboard, but still wanted to try it out. My husband had the spicy chicken sandwich and I got the regular one. The chicken was hot, juicy and unprocessed. It was really good. I also got a side of the white cheddar bites that came with a marinara dipping sauce. They were great too. We decided to dine inside there instead of taking it to go or the drive-thru. The place was clean and our order was easy to place and didn't take too long to prepare. As another reviewer said, it was a bit chilly in there, but I get it. So we wanted to try all the restaurants we do t have. We came here twice. I love that they have a drive through. We did get off and ate inside. liked that this is place is has different type of food not your regular fast food. We ordered 3 meals and prices was very reasonable. He only hit on my girlfriend twice which I also thought was very respectful. He gave his business card to her for free french fries. read more

One of the only Zaxbys in the area, tucked away between the McDonald's and the tacobell/kfc. So first off the line was long, which is fine. Then after placing my order, there was no ice in the building which no one informed me about. So drinks were hot. After receiving our food, the chicken tenders were over cooked and dried. The buffalo wing sauce tasted very weird (later at night I did get sick from them) fries were not fresh, old and hard. Very bad experience, usually when there's a line you receive fresher food because of the consistency in the orders. Everything was a horrible experience. I would avoid, maybe try one of the other fast food places in the area. This was a disappointment. read more

Absolutely love Zaxby's, but this location is not great. I go here all the time, because frankly there is nothing else great. I try to avoid going through the drive thru because there is at least 2 or 3 things wrong every time, especially their salads. Inside tends to be a better, and the improved atmosphere inside is quite nice. read more

I love Zaxby's. This location was SUPER fast, even on a crazy busy Sunday afternoon. I feel like we barely got our drinks & sat down before our food was coming up. My wife got her usual Cobb salad that was very neatly put together, and was as fresh as can be. My boneless wings & things meal was just as good as ever. I usually enjoy the sweet & spicy sauce, but decided to give the hot mustard a try. It was really good and a great change up, but I still think hat overall, you can't beat the sweat heat that comes with the sweet & spicy wing sauce! I wish my local Zaxby's in Charlotte could take some lessons from this extremely friendly staff! read more

This spot had amazing service for me getting lunch as I worked at the warehouse near by but recently they stoped taking orders with the app and I really enjoyed getting Zaxby's multiple times in the week I can't order though unless I can carry out or pick up because the drive through takes to long because I only have a short 30 min lunch please fix the staffing issues so I can get my favorite lunch spot back read more

Long time customers. Love you menu and great service! Visited this evening for dinner. Freezing cold! Several others customers heard me ask one of the managers to please turn off the air. One family left saying it was warmer outside than inside. You are driving business away and absorbing the additional and unnecessary expense of running the air conditioning. Really poor management when you are oblivious to how uncomfortably cold it is for your loyal customers. Get out of the warm warm kitchen and hear what your customers are saying! read more

Ok so, I recently moved to Jefferson and I've been to this location quite a few times. There has been nothing spectacular but nothing wrong either. Today, my mediocre scale was tipped to the "oh, heck nah" side. I was in drive through and ordered my food as usual.....but feeling rushed. After sitting in line for some minutes, I got up to the window and handed the young man my card. He was ok, nothing wrong, but before he even gave me my card back he started shoving drinks and food in my hands and before I could put the food down, he was tossing me my card. I understand they were busy and trying to get people in and out, but geez! It was a little much, it's not like I was trying to have a conversation with the employees! So after getting my order I pulled forward and told my daughter to check the bag. Of course! An order of fries that I was charged for was missing and I really didn't wanna go spend another 15 min in line while the other food was getting cold. Well, I get home and sit down to eat my buffalo Zalad :). Man, I was super duper disappointed! I didn't receive salad dressing, but hey I guess they were making up for it by drenching every inch of the salad in the Buffalo sauce. I spent the next 5 min salvaging what little bit of lettuce I could. The tomatoes were so soggy and sad I couldn't even eat them or the rest of the salad. I know things happen, and I don't typically write about these things, but I was very dissatisfied and felt like I just wasted 25 bucks on garbage. read more
