This did not feel like a business that is interested in welcoming or gaining members. What makes this more upsetting is that I had already secured a membership weeks ago, fully supporting the gym before opening. Being treated with such a lack of warmth and communication during an event meant to build excitement and community has caused me to seriously rethink my decision to join.
