This is the worst Chick-fil-A in all of Laredo, not only was my order taken wrong but the item I received wasn't even what I was charged. I ordered Cobb salad with a spicy breast, and had got charged a nugget Cobb, however when I got my order not only did I notice that my order was taken falsely but instead of a Cobb salad I got a south-west nugget salad. I have been to this chickfila before and not once have I had a positive experience. In past times before I have missed items, condiments and compassion in my order. While I understand the fast pace workplace environment, I too understand how little it takes to smile, not only did I feel rushed but pressured to hurry up my ordering process. I have given this chickfila many chances before mostly because of its accessibility and convenience to my place of living, work and worship, now looking into the future, I will MOST DEFINITELY NOT be coming back, not because of the great taste of Chick-fil-A, but because of my encounters with this Chick-fil-A specifically. I came in to the restaurant to place an order to go because the drive thru lane was long. Turns out that they gave the food to everyone and the additional cars that kept coming in except mine. I tried to understand them but this was exaggerated long. 25 minutes to wait only for 2 biscuits meals. Really?. They seem to be all disorganized and no clue how to get orders straight. They were people also coming in from the drive through as they got wrong orders. I never had such a bad experience at a chick fil a and I'm very disappointed. I waited over 30 minutes to receive my Cobb salad. About 20 minutes in I mentioned to a team member and showed them my receipt that I was still waiting for my salad. She returned and said it would be out soon. Another 15 minutes ago and still nothing and so I decided to go up to the counter. The staff were friendly however I could tell that something had gone wrong when they processed my order because it's not normal to wait 30 minutes for a Cobb salad. While I was in the counter, I saw multiple orders, go out, including another cop a guest that was dining in keep in mind my order was carry out. After about 2 to 3 minutes waiting on the counter, my salad finally came out and they offered no apology which I thought was kind of inconsiderate considering I had waited over 30 minutes. This was the best Chick-Fil-A I've been to, but customer service has continually declined since the new operator and management took over. To top it off it was very dirty. I had never seen it like this, every available table was dirty and nobody was cleaning. My wife had to get someone to come clean it. While very kind and polite he just threw everything on the floor and no body came to clean that. As a frequent Chick-fil-A patron i find my last visit very troubling. We ordered our food via the app and clicked the "we are here" button as we pulled up. After waiting about 20 minutes in the parking lot, the store calls us and tells us our food has been waiting on us. Well i'm unclear what they were waiting on. Found a long hair in my sandwich and was told by the teenage manager it wasn't their fault. Only wanted them to be aware of the situation. The staff was extremely rude for such a company that claims to pride itself in its Christian values. What bothers me the most is the way they handled the situation. Th WORSE customer service. It use to be great and orders were accurate. This has happened on several recent occasions at 1st I blew it off. The drive thru line attendants are in extreme rush "what do you want" I'm thinking is there a menu around with a rolling of her eyes she yells at male attendant "customer doesn't know what to order" I ended up ordering #1 with extra pickles and lettuce tomato & jalapeno. I drive up to window the male cashier gives me total some amount higher than my 1 meal. I ask him to repeat my order it was wrong. I remind him is my jalapeno there "oh No that's 56cents extra. I pay the cashier. I arrive home to find a mess. My order was entirely wrong and jalapeno was wrinkled with brown spots. Nothing I ordered was complete. I contact chick fil a via email and no response from the local office. Management and staff customer satisfaction has gone down tremendously. The chick fill a is well known for is particularly greeting and kindness when you come in but the place was empty everybody was laughing on the back when I was waiting for somebody to take my order it took about 10 minutes to show up.
