I noticed that both cars behind me were in waiting spots also, as well as the one behind me directed to one of these wait spots. No vehicles were getting there food at the drive thru window pick up. For the next 15-20 minutes different employees came out trying to match the food they had in bags with the correct car. It was like watching circus clowns round up stray cats. After all this wait I finally got out of my car and was heading in to strongly urge them to give me my food. As I approached the building, an employee opened the door and handed me my food.
