News flash, if you're delivering food to a hotel, chances are your customer needs plates and utensils and napkins. I had to have my food sit for 20 minutes while I went to go hunt down a friggin fork and napkins. So you guys might want to start paying attention. The food is mediocre. I eat a lot of mediterranean, this is sort of like a fast food version, sort of like a Denny's of Mediterranean if you will. The Gyro meat texturewise, doesn't seem that it was shaved off of one of those rotisserie cookers like I'm used to. They didn't even send me any Tzatziki sauce for my pita bread. Can't say much for the atmosphere of this place, because like I said I had it delivered. But I can tell you that I'll never find out firsthand now. I'm so sick of these restaurants ignoring simple requests from paying customers.
