I visited this Chick-fil-A and had a pretty frustrating experience. When I pulled into the drive-through on the right-hand side, I sat there for about 15 minutes trying to get someone's attention. When I finally did, I was told that side is only for mobile delivery orders and that I couldn't place an order there. So I had to drive all the way around the building again just to get into the left-hand drive-through lane. After finally placing my order, I circled around and watched at least seven cars on the mobile delivery side get their food before even one person in the regular drive-through received theirs. It honestly felt like mobile orders were being prioritized far above the customers who were actually waiting in line. I understand mobile orders are convenient, but the balance at this location was completely off. The wait, lack of communication, and lopsided prioritization made the whole visit disappointing. I hope they improve the flow and customer experience for everyone, not just the mobile lane. The only thing good about this visit was the food was still Chick-fil-A standard. read more

This was the worst experience I've ever had at Chick-fil-A. I've actually never had a bad experience at a Chick-fil-A until today. My husband even worked at Chick-fil-A corporate. I placed a mobile order at 10:08 a.m., knowing breakfast ends at 10:30, and it takes me about 20+ minutes to get to the location. When I arrived, I was asked if my order was through DoorDash. I said no and showed them the Chick-fil-A app, yet the owner (I didn't know he was the owner at first) didn't seem to recognize it. That was already frustrating considering he was the owner and didn't recognize his own app. An employee mentioned that their system doesn't always process mobile orders correctly, so this appears to be a known issue. Despite that, the owner repeatedly told me my order might not be there instead of trying to resolve the situation. After repeating it several times, I'm now very frustrated to the point that we begin to argue. What made the experience worse was his attitude, he was dismissive, unhelpful, and not polite throughout the interaction. Rather than taking accountability or offering a solution, he kept repeating the same explanation (after I asked him to stop repeating the same thing because that's not my fault) ultimately said he would just cancel my order. How are you cancelling an order that you cannot see in your system, how! When I asked to speak to a manager, he said he was the owner, which was disappointing given how the situation was handled. Overall, the lack of accountability and poor customer service (especially from the owner) made this a very frustrating experience. read more

Never have I gone to any chikfila and had bad service and food, I usually go to this location 5 times a week and sometimes twice a day, but recently the fries have not been done, I ask for blended root beer and it's unblended, sandwich will have pickles, nuggets are old, delivery time of food is slow, a lot of girls standing around talking instead of working..please do better. I always order through the Chick-fil-a app to get lunch delivered since I am an educator. With that being said on multiple occasions staff have left out condiments like sauce and dressing for the salads. When you call to explain they will tell you that there is nothing that they could do and they will have a chat with the staff! I used to really love Chick-fil-A for their customer service and their eagerness to make sure that their customers get exactly what they pay for! Food was good, service wasn't and my order was messed up twice. I sat waiting to order in the drive through and the drive thru team sat and chit chatted while I waited to order. I never once received a my pleasure after thanking the one who took my order and the one who brought me the food. I received my food and they left out my fries, which I noticed in the drive through and they did give them to me after I notified them. I ordered two cookies also and they gave me brownies, which I don't eat and I didn't catch that until I got home. I'll drive an extra two miles to go to Truetts from now on. I love Chick Fil A!! BUT this location has been slacking lately. I order my husbands tea unsweetened with 3 Splenda & extra ice, the last 3 times they just gave him unsweetened tea..they don't put napkins in the bag which is a struggle when you're out & about eating in your car. I work close and frequent this location. The food is always good and the staff is exemplary as with most Chic Fil A locations. They employees always make it a point to use my name and make me feel welcome. The only complaint I have is the parking lot is a little confusing and gets crowded but the manager does go out and direct the traffic. If they get overly crowded then they go the extra mile but making a third line for customers to go through. You never wait very long in the line inside or outside. The drive thru line always moves quickly as they generally have employees taking your order at the speaker, one to take payment and several running food out to the cars. You can never go wrong with Chick-fil-A. This location is very busy! It has the usual friendly staff and excellent customer service that you expect any Chick-fil-A to have. They offer mobile ordering, an indoor playground, and face to face ordering in the drive thru line. All of their food is good! My favorites are the Spicy Southwest Salad, Spicy Chicken Sandwich, Chocolate Chunk Cookie, Ice Dream, and Strawberry Milkshake. read more

The worst. I ordered a salad for myself and a 4 count strip meal for my nephew. I drive all the way home and his strips were NOT in the bag. I call and they assured me to come back and I can pick up the missing strips and and ice cream for the kiddo. I get there they give me the bag and after nephew ate his ice cream he then opened box to eat strips (over half way home), and the strip count was WRONG AGAIN! Most Chick-fil-A's I have been in have some things in common. The employees usually are courteous and cheerful and have good customer service. This specific Chick-fil-A is especially busy and its owner took steps to ensure wait times are limited by setting up a pay station that is out side instead of where you pick up the food. Since the store has opened they added a second lane for drive through and have employees with handhelds take payment to expedite the line. When I got there this morning the line was wrapped around the building and I still set in line less than 5 minutes to pick up my 6 chicken biscuits. The inside is clean, the bathrooms are clean. They have a play place for younger children which is my children's only complaint. A 10 year old might be to big for the play place. The biggest negative for this restaurant is that it is always so busy that I do not like to for heard often. read more

I used to order catering here every weekend, my order would be half missing. The last time I came here was when I asked for extra plates for my order and they acted like it was a huge deal that I asked. I always seem to have an issue at this location. Their grill was "down" for several weeks a while back, so my son who is allergic to everything that is not grilled was out of luck for almost 2 months while they got it repaired. Also, the last two times I had to-go orders, they were wrong or missing items. I had to drive all the way back to the restaurant to get the right items, which was very frustrating since we were trying to eat dinner at the same time. This is the worst Chick-Fil-A that I have ever eaten at! I had 3 bad visits before I learned, I guess it was hard for me to believe a Chick-Fil-A could be like McDonald's! 1) the first indication was when I got home without all my food. Honestly I have never had that happen at a Chick-Fil-A so I called them and they said they would mail me a coupon to replace the food I had paid for but not gotten. That was over a month ago and I don't have it yet. 2) They claimed my debit card was bad, the guy was changing headsets while running my card and was quite rude about it. I had a great experience here tonight. A young girl, named Carrie, took my order, It was just me and my two year old daughter so we ended up being difficult on accident, We sat down and she brought our food but I forgot to grab several items so she made several trips for us and seemed genuinely happy to do it.
