The potato was perfectly cooked, the toppings were generous and thoughtfully balanced, and somehow everything just worked. The portions are big enough that you could easily share (though you may not want to). Friendly staff, efficient service, and a meal that exceeded expectations. They do charge by add-on if it's a premium item so you just need to pay attention if you didn't order it in person. I do understand they could be busy and just miss an item or two or ran out of certain ingredients also. I feel like the quality and consistency is better here than Chipotle or Gusto (at least the one I tried). I haven't tried all the other salad/bowl places nearby yet, but I do enjoy the freshness of the ingredients and options here. Their green goddess ranch is good (I haven't liked it at other places).
