My friend and I came through the drive thru on 10/06/22 at about 9:40 with 4 cars ahead of me and made a small order, got to the window and asked for 2 waters to be added and alex and his crew were incredibly rude and disrespectful.. I overheard the employee inside saying "they can go f*** themselves were closed as he handed alex our food. While the other employees from the drive thru faced away and screamed profanities at my friend and I! Keep in mind they never mentioned they were closed or told us we couldn't order and we were under the impression they were open as there were cars ahead of us and they let us order instead of kindly letting us know they were closed. Not the friendly experience you expect from chick fil a. Do not go to this location unless you want a hostile experience. read more

OUTSTANDING service!!!!! I made a HUGE mistake in picking up a large order too late, an order they had to throw away due to food safety ordinances. I show up late, not knowing the first order went into the trash. They quickly made a second order for me to deliver to my event, with a smile on their faces!!! I have been here hundreds of times, as I used to work here many years ago, and I had a disappointing experience today. I went with my niece to get some shakes and nuggets for the family at 3:45 pm. Both lanes were open and packed with cars but no one was taking orders. We had to drive up to the window and place the order there. The other CFAs have team members taking orders on ipads when you enter the drive thru. The guy who took my order at the window didn't ring me up for 3 shakes, only 1. He also seemed very uncomfortable taking orders. I had to tell them I wanted 2 more shakes when I got my food. Bottom line is, they should always have at least 2 order takers on the Ipads when you enter so you can pay then too. Much, much faster experience. Taking 22 minutes for a mid afternoon order is not acceptable. read more

Not only does this location have the best service of any fast food restaurant I've been to, it has the best service of any restaurant I've been to. By that, I mean, it's bloody consistent. Service most places seems to be getting worse, but gosh, they keep on their toes here. The Chic fil-a sandwich, and breakfast biscuit are incredible. I could eat them all day every day. It's been a good 8 years since I've been to a Chick-fil-A. It was as good as I remember except now they have a spicy chicken sandwich option. Yes, the regular chicken sandwich only comes with pickles but that is what makes it great. I prefer a plain sandwich. The chicken is meaty and larger than the bun so you get spicy juicy chicken in every bite. And the waffle fries are flat out the best of the best, leaving the skin on lets the potato flavor really come through. Like all Chick-fil-A's, the place can get busy during lunch, especially the drive thru. They do a good job of moving customers through the line. read more

Let me preface this review with the fact that, no matter the location, Chick-fil-A always delivers when it comes to tender nuggets, crispy waffle fries and cold, iced tea. If it weren't for the atrocious parking lot and snaking drive-thru line, this would've warranted five stars. Although this wasn't the fault of CFA, I spent more time trying to get into, and eventually out of, the drive-thru line than I did placing my order and receiving it. I'm sure there are more fender benders and wrecks in this lot than there are on Hwy 75. It's literally madness and if I didn't love waffle fries like I do, I'd probably swing through Whataburger instead. read more

If you asked my friends they would say I'm a Chick-fil-A crazy person. I say I'm just a person who likes amazing food with great service at a reasonable price. No matter the time of day I go they are always nice always willing to go out of their way to help me and they always do it with a smile on their face. Then there's the amazingly long lines you sit in, in the drive thru. If I go anywhere else and there's a line circling the building I'm leaving however when I pull into Chick-fil-A I go that's only a 5 to 10 min wait no worries. read more

The people are usually nice but it's THE most inefficient and slowest Chick-fil-A drive thru that I've ever experienced which is frustrating because it's the closest location to my house. I can't understand why I sit in the same position in the drive thru for 5 minutes. Today after several minutes of no movement I finally backed out and went to McDonalds. First and foremost the four stars are 100% for the food and the service given by new member of the chick-fil-a team Alex. This young man was very apparently new and was struggling ringing in my order. He was asking for help when other attendants were not busy and I sat with him for probably close to 6 or 7 minutes. You could tell he was getting nervous but I told him that it's 100% okay and to just take his time. We got through the few complications and he apologized over and over again and thanked me for my patience, I wished him luck with his new job and drove on. He was literally the sweetest and most sincere fast food employee I have ever encountered, KUDOS for a fantastic hire with that gentleman. The food was fantastic and I love y'all's Mac and cheese! The service on the pick up side was sub par. It steered me the wrong way when the two girls bringing food to cars were throwing straws to each other and every time one was not caught they threw another. So multiple straws were just thrown on the ground. I grabbed my food and tried calling the restaurant twice to just compliment Alex and letting them know he's an all star but every time someone answered the phone they just left it on the counter because I heard every word of employees in the building- we will leave that part out of it. This is my favorite Chick-fil-A location, so I'm lucky that it's the closest one to my house. I'm in here so much.. I'm surprised I haven't yet received a bill for rent from them. All CFA employees are super friendly across the board, but I feel like the ones at this location kick that up a notch. Food is always great, and it's always ready super fast. My wife and i stopped at this Chik Fila on Saturday morning. Drive thru was relatively empty. Our order wasn't big only for 3-4 items. We waited at the drive thru for 15-20 min. The chicken minis we got looked like they were picked up off the floor. The bread was ripped and the chicken was mostly hanging out of the sandwich. Despite my better judgement I ate one and it was the worst chicken I've ever had. It wasn't edible. I love Chik Fila and never had any problems before but this location really needs to step up their quality control. read more

Just witnessed a very inspirational act of kindness an elderly couple 70 years of age dining together and the wife appeared to still be hungry one of the managers was making her rounds and asked the elderly lady if everything was ok the elderly lady said she was still hungry. So the manager went and got a order of fries and gave it to her for free. Worst Chick-fil-a ever that I've dealt with! Went to the drive thru and order few items, as soon as I got the food I drove back home, I noticed there was missing item on my order. Call the store right away, spoke with the worker and told her that they forgot my bowl of chicken soup, all I need is get a refund for the missing Item since im already home and I'm too far away from this particular store. The worker said they can't give me a refund and I have to pick up myself the food that they forgot to put together with my order or I need to call the corporate if they can do anything with my issue. This is a very busy location, just warning you, however they seem to handle the number of guests well and you get your order quickly. Only reason I dropped a star is they forgot to give us the lemonade we ordered (and their lemonade is so tasty) and we were very bummed and had already drove home by the time we realized it! read more

This location seems to always be the best, cleanest, most service oriented location of all the Chick-fil-a's in my area. I can bring my kids here and relax. If you want to see what madness and pandemonium looks like, venture here on a Wednesday around 6 after all the surrounding soccer practices release the Krackins (aka, children). The drive thru line can be sick - I'm talking traffic cops directing cars sick...but not always. I venture here lots for my go-to chicken strips and the food is for the most part consistently hot/fresh. (It isn't going to be hot *every* time but for the most part they crank out the freshness). I normally get chicken strips, but also like the side salad, the spicy chicken sandwich, and the chicken biscuits. I also endorse the ice-cream. The staff are consistently nice and the line goes fast. I've ventured inside and its a standard chain...if you've seen one, you've seen them all (inside is clean, just busy). Cons to CFA: the prices are above average for fast food, and they don't serve breakfast all day - with a limited product menu (chicken), they would probably score even more business if they served chicken biscuits all day. read more

This was the first time I've been at this location during lunchtime on a weekday. The drive through lane was really long but there were two people outside taking orders. This was a first for me! I flew through the line! I got my food super quick. I ordered the chicken wrap and it was super fresh. I love eating it with the spicy dressing and buffalo sauce. This is officially the worse CFA in the country. This my neighborhood CFA and have been here many times, and few have been the times when it's been a pleasant experience. As other reviewers here have said, the service is ALWAYS slow. I had actually private messaged them about how bad their service was because I didn't want to write a bad public review, but tonight was the last time I visit this location. I am not the kind of person to show up right before places close, and so after work I placed my order on the app for drive-thru pick up, drove to this location and was here before 10 pm. I am then told that there are no fries, bummer, but I get it, end of day and they don't want to fire up the frier for my order. So they offer me other sides, but tell me I'll have to pay extra if I want any other side. I tell them that's not right, it's before closing, they're out of an ESSENTIAL item I pre-ordered, I shouldn't have to pay extra for a side substitution. After checking with management I'm told I'll have to pay extra because they're out of fries. So, I drove two doors down to Whataburger. There's Taco Bell, Dickies, Wendy's, that all offer way better service than this, oh and Raising Canes, Sonic and McDonald's! I echo what other reviewers said, I'd rather drive 10 miles to another CFA when I'm really craving it than support this place again. Just like all chick-fil-a's, good service and great food. I will say I hate how they let the employees sit in the tables all spread out while not working and they talk to each other. Nothing like not being able to find a seat and having to listen to a mexican soap opera. It's annoying and I would eat here a lot more if management would do something about it. A few of the ones who sit their are older men and my wife doesn't feel comfortable eating inside. She always thinks they are talking about her. Then their is the drive threw. Currently under construction! My thinking is that there were so many cars wrapped around the building that they couldn't get the drive thru to work right. So they had to redesign the facility. Ya! Think of 3 Chick Fil A's atop each other. The new design will have a multi level traffic control system with 3 drive thru windows. One on each of the upper levels. A free parking garage, w/ elevator to the ground floor for kids. All designed on the footprint above the building to keep the lot size the same, but make the business more efficient. Ramps and parking facilities for 95 cars and an 18 wheeler pull off ramp capable of handling 4- 18 Wheeler's at once.
