I've never had an issue with Chick Fil A in the past, but this morning we went and my food was not edible. I ordered a grilled filet hashbrown bowl. Everything was cooked properly, but it is almost like someone spilled at least a 1/8 of a cup of salt into my bowl. There was so much salt that it felt like any bite I took that I was just eating pure salt. It was gritty. I had to spit out any bite I took. The first bite I thought it was a coincidence, but nope. It was the entire bowl. You could see the salt all over the lid (after the fact the sauce was mixed in) I'm not sure what happened, but I'm assuming someone knew what they did and just served it anyway. This location has the most wierd manager. They overcharged my daugther, while was was very low on sugar and could barely talk. My daughter asked for help telling them the issue, they overcharged her. We checked with them. The manager of the location in the evening gave a credit back of $5 ? Are you kidding me? This is the worst place EVER....took my daughter there and my daughter got the worst food poisoning! The Mac and cheese looked off and so did the fruit. I took them back and upon receiving the new ones it looked the same. My daughter decided to start eating because she was so hungry. Soon after we left, she told me her stomach hurts. Soon after that she throws up everywhere multiple times. The service here is the worst too because even when letting them know politely about the food, the kids and manager behind the counter acted as if I was an inconvenience. It was very easy to place my mobile order and pick it up in the drive thru. My order was correct but the food quality was very poor. All of the fries in our order were completely overcooked. We think they were double fried. It's like they wanted to reheat cold fries so they could minimize waist. But, they were hard, discolored, and not enjoyable at all. I never had a bad experience when it comes to Chick-fil-A. Today however its different. I went to this location at 121 & Custer. Its not busy when I drove to the Drive Thru. Saw 2 order takers. I went to the one that is empty. This lady, sat with her feet cross, didn't even try to move her feet so I have to drive carefully so that I won't hit her feet. She definitely looks annoyed while taking my order with her long finger nails. It took her a while to key in my order due to that. She definitely not friendly and very lazy. I guess this location must be struggling looking for employee until they have to hire this lady. This is actually my first time ever to encounter such employee of chick-fil-a. I always have a good and perfect experience at any other locations where they always crazy busy however they deliver a top notch service. My experience today is 0, food taste 5. This is the closest Chick-fil-A location to my house and also the closest to my heart . They are doing a great job of keeping customers and employees safe during COVID times, including wearing face masks, gloves, and no contact ordering. They even deliver your food to you using clear plastic boxes that they sanitize after each use, so you have no risk of direct contact with the employees. I love that safety is their top priority during these unprecedented times, and I will continue to support them by buying their delicious chicken. Today, my family got a 20 piece chicken nugget and a chicken strips platter, and I ordered their Market Salad with grilled chicken for myself. I hate giving chick-fill-a a bad review but this is just ridiculous. I tried calling for an hour and kept getting a busy signal. Finally, I drive over (in the middle of the football game I was watching) and asked if they were aware their phone was not working. The cashier grabs the phone and says, "Hmm, someone must have left it on." What can I get you? I also told her that the app wasn't working either and that I could not order the nugget tray. She tells me you cannot order the tray because catering is not on the app. I asked her why there was a catering button on the app then? She said, "Hmmm, good question." She rings up my order and gives me a total. She seemed to have not given a flip of the issues. I asked if it comes with sauces? She responds with,, "What kind of sauces do you want?" I told her and she gives me my new total which jumped about $8. I asked, "Sauces don't come with this?" She tells me no. I pay and just want to get my stuff and go. It seems insane to me that if I order an individual nugget order they give me more sauces than I need. But I pay $52 for a nugget tray and you get NOTHING unless you pay. Not one little dish of sauce. How does that make sense? I am a Chic-fil-A fan for many reasons but this is by far the worst experience I have ever had at any of their stores. Around 1:15-1:30 today June 15, 2023 my wife and daughter visited this location (we all come here often) and my wife tried to order the Cobb Chicken salad. My wife has an allergy to lettuce and she asked the lady behind the counter to ring up the salad as normal, no discount whatsoever but when the salad is made, to please exclude lettuce. She reiterated to charge the same price but exclude the lettuce several times. From what my wife said the "cook manager" was dismissive and stated several times "this could not be done". My wife told her several times she orders it like this all the time and has never had an issue and any of the locations including this one in the area. The "cook manager" continued to be dismissive. It is unfortunate my wife had to go through this and even more so that our daughter had to witness this exchange over such a small but important issue concerning a food allergy. Charge the regular price for the salad, make the salad but leave off the lettuce, serve the salad. A simple situation made far too difficult by a uncooperative "manager". I hope the owner of this location sees this comment and has a constructive conversation with all involved parties. read more

Just an FYI. The drive thru line here can be long and a little slow; many are.... However, they eliminated curbside pick up; even though yelp still says its offered. I use the app specifically for the convenience of curbside pick up. Its much faster than sitting in the long line. Slow service brings my 5 star review down to a 3. I prefer using the app to order my food but unless you dine in or pick it up inside, expect a +15min wait. Our go-to was curbside pickup, but the level of incompetency was too much. They have only 3 spots for curbside and if you're not in 1 of them, they won't bring your food. You could be 1 spot over and they'd see on the receipt your car's model and color and think, "no, that can possibly be the car waiting on food. Derpy derp derp." Epic facepalm. We've had to go inside on multiple occasions because they couldn't be bothered to look down the line of cars (the app says to park NEAR the curbside area if a spot isn't available) and put 2 and 2 together. Drive-thru is just as bad in terms of being slow. Even being 3rd in line, it'll take 10mins to get to the order box and another 10-15 before you're at the window. I understand it's CFA and incredibly popular but knowing that, they should up their game and pump out food in a reasonable time. Other locations have it down to a science so these guys need to emulate that method and get their shit together. read more

I come here often. We have preserved vegetarian before with no problems. Basically just leave out the meat. But one time we can we had to travel to Fort Worth. Upon reading there we realized my wife could not eat it because it has sausage. Have been to this location on several occasions, as it's on my way to work. Sadly I'm allergic to chicken, so this review is based on their other items and service. The service is spot on. They call you by your name and are super friendly. They are also very speedy, as they have to be because this is the place to be. I get for breakfast the sausage biscuit with cheese. The biscuit is huge, fluffy and buttery. The sausage is thick and flavorful. Throw a peice of american cheese on it and you have a great bfast. The hashbrowns are also good. Little rounds of golden fried perfection seasoned perfectly. Their dark coffee is great. Some locations however do not carry white sugar packets, only sugar in the raw.
